Don’t shop with them. They will take your money and you won’t get your product. They are a fraud.

I received only 1 out of two items and didn't receive the most expensive item in my order. I never received a reply to my request for a refund although my credit card was charged immediately (before shipping) for the full order. I lost more than $70 in the transaction. Very displeased.

Still have not received my products. I placed my order 1/23/23.

Do not waste your time or money. Stick with Amazon!

Never received my order without any follow up from beauty store depot. I was able to take my business elsewhere so i won’t be using this site anymore

Placed an order on Beauty Store Depot and was billed on 2/12/23. I never got my order. I went to contact the company on 4/26/2023 through the 1-800 number and it was "busy". I clicked the website link on the email confirmation and I got Dermava (formerly Beauty Store Depot). I called their number and I cannot get through unless I create a patient profile. No way am I giving them my information!

I placed my order on March 1st and still have not received it. I would like to cancel this order.

I never received my order and after 1 month, I had never heard from BeautyStoreDepot so I called and called. I finally reached someone who said they had no idea when I'd receive my order.

Only received partial order I placed and paid for on March 6. I've reached out to Beauty Store Depot& Dermava. Still no product!

Still waiting on two orders - no communication

I ordered my cream on March 7, 2023. The company,
Beauty Depot, did say they were having delays in
shipping.
Today is March 28, 2023, three weeks since the order
and I think 3 weeks is much to long to wait. I've
called many times (800 926 5219) to find out when I can expect my Order and NO ANSWER. It has been
very frustrating to order from Beauty Depot.

It has been almost a month, and I still have not received my dream Weaver!!

Product has not arrived 21 days after order.

This is the second time I have tried to make a significant purchase online from your site and there has been huge delays. I purchased my products and for the second time it is over a month later and still nothing has shipped. I get excuses that there are delays. I have checked with a couple other sites and they don't seem to have the same delays as you do. If my product isn't shipped by the end of this week I will be shopping else where.

I only received part of my order and never received any kind of notice as to when the other part of the order would ship. I requested a refund 2/16 and received on 3/16.

I ordered a product in January 2023 and my credit card was charged. I am still waiting for it be delivered, a full two months plus after ordering. I have contacted the company twice, and I'm told they are experiencing "fulfillment delays." Yet the product is still listed for sale, with a claim that it ships w/in one day. This all raises questions about their reliability and trust.

I have yet to receive my order that was ordered almost a month ago. My credit card account has been charged although I’ve received no shipping notice. I’ve tried to call your customer service line and always get a busy signal. Please update me on my order ASAP.
