Scam of a company.

Never delivered never a refund and never returned calls DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY OUTFIT be WARNED

Actually supply what was described, without 100mm lumps of stone, many smaller pieces, sea shells and sticky black objects (??). Cannot have passed any sieves.

Terrible company. Compost never arrived, I was stupid enough to believe it would and now I cannot get money back through my credit card company.

I placed an order back in March. It was never delivered and they just stopped communicating. Reported to Training Standards who advised to try to get my money (£188.98) back from my Credit Card provider. After months of chasing I just got the bank to tell me that they will not pay as 'each bag was under £100'!!! I was not aware that using a Credit Card did not protect you against fraud.
Best avoid using this company all together and be aware of Credit Card protection cover.

Terrible experience. Swindled us out of £200 for compost that didn’t arrive. We were given the excuse “machinery in the factory has broken down, it’ll be 3 weeks late” but they kept our money and we never did get our order. Impossible to contact them. They are a bunch of fraudsters.

Really poor, lack of customer service and when the wrong order was sent it took me six weeks to get my money back. Oh, and no apology.

Ordered compost, paid for it but never delivered. Worst of all impossible to contact. Who’d have thought that someone would use compost to rob the public! Complete con.

Never received compost. Had to get refund from my credit card company. Not to be trusted

AVOID. Never delivered, or replied to my emails or calls chasing delivery dates. Cancelled my payment in the end.

I Paid for one ton of garden mulch In May. It never arrived and the company never answered the phone or replied to emails. After a month I made a charge back through my bank. Beaver is now stating they delivered the mulch on 24 May. This is a bare-faced lie from a totally dishonest comapny.
DO NOT BUY FROM BEAVER COMPOST.

Awful. Top dressing I received was virtually pure sand. After getting no response from Beaver Compost I managed to get the money back via bank and credit card even though Beaver initially contested it. Persevere and you should get it refunded.

We ordered mulch in the Spring 22 and received NO delivery or attempt to deliver. After much chasing and no response we've asked our credit card company to refund our account. We cannot believe this company are disputing this when they clearly have not delivered to us and many many customers. Shocking and unbelievable. Do not order from them!!!

Not sure how people are still buying from these?

Purchased bark from these in March and it never turned up. Got the money back from my credit card company a few months ago, now just received an email saying these clowns are disputing it.

Should be interesting to see what happens next

Why has this Company not been reported to Police for Fraud.?

Ordered compost, it never arrived. Tried to cancel order and get a refund. Fobbed off multiple times. Ultimately they got paid for something they never delivered.
Lost £291. Do not buy from these people!!!!!!!!

Ordered in Mar '22 - have not received. Same sentiment as others. Being fobbed off.. etc. Can't give zero stars.
Also beware Beaver Industries.. Beaver Build... possible takeover of Watmore's Compost in Widnes...

Avoid! Paid back in May for play sand, has still not arrived despite payment for next day delivery. Waited a few weeks and after not being able to contact them opened a dispute with our card provider to try and get the money back. Outrageous conduct and cannot believe they are still allowed to trade. Purchase from Beaver compost at your peril!
