Bebello Avis

I knew I wanted a washer/stereliser/dryer in the kitchen for when my newborn arrived, but I was a bit loath to support momcozy/eufy, so was chuffed to find the UK based Bebello!

I'm very happy the 4 in 1 bottle washer, and will tell anybody who comes round that it has been my #1 baby purchase - it's probably saved me hours of my life already and has been faultless!

Detergent/descaling tablets are readily available directly or on amazon and are very reasonably priced

Support was also responsive after I was an idiot and dropped the lid and lost a magnet, but they helped me get it working again

Can't fault the washer or the company and would encourage anybody to give it a go!

Excellent customer service, amazing product has saved me SO much time no more hand washing pump parts and bottles! A must have product when having a baby. Bebello customer service has always been so helpful and quick to respond! Would 100% recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My partner bought this for me and we then decided to finish breast feeding so sadly we are trying to return it. We have emailed customer service 3 times as the returns period is closing and no response!!! Avoid this company at all costs! Would not recommend! No way to return this and get your money back if you change your mind!

We absolutely love the washer/steriliser/dryer and use it multiple times a day, is it a god send if you’re bottle feeding.
I accidentally managed to damage the lid slightly (definitely my fault) and customer service could not have been more helpful, they were super quick at responding, really kind and fixed the issue right away. So nice dealing with a company who seems like they actually want to help!

Love our Bebello washer but we have started having issues with it after 10 months and it is impossible to get through or talk to anyone at Bebello to discuss this, contact forms and messages left on the messenger are left unanswered.
