This is amazing!

The 4K video is no joke-you can see everything. Used it on a whim and pulled out a chunk of wax I didn't even know was there. My hearing actually feels clearer.

Love it!!!

The Bebird endoscopy/ ear cleaning tool…

The beBird endoscopy/ ear cleaning tool is the purchase that I would recommend to anyone. The camera itself is pretty high resolution it has subnifty LEDs that light up the canal. It has a plethora of tools to choose from. I'm now using my second one since my first one actually quit working after about a month or so it wouldn't charge and wouldn't show any video if you tried to connect it to the phone. It took me a while and a lot of back and forth with customer service to get a replacement. I did have to go through the same tutorial about 3 or 4 times with different people to convince them that I had actually done all the troubleshooting but once I prove my case they very quickly replaced it. Since then I haven't had any problems and in fact I just got done using it and it's still working great.

Package lost during shipping

Package lost during shipping. Tried engaging customer service multiple times with no answer. Never received my purchase. Had to go through my bank and reported the company for fraud.

Took too long to ship and ignored several emails.

Once I finally got the box I was pretty disappointed with what came in it. There was a photo album in there that was dirty and had bugs inside of it and had gotten on some of the other stuff. Everything else that was in there was okay but was geared mostly towards teen and kids.

My order (BD13910) never arrived

My order (BD13910) never arrived, despite having the correct mailing address. In addition, I reached out to customer service 3x and have not heard back almost a month later. At this point I am filing a dispute, terrible customer service.

Old vs New Model

I have had an older model, which has been a good tool. When the new model came out, I thought I'd get one. The order process was very easy. I really like the case and the other attachments. Looking forward to using them.

HAD to find the real deal!!

I am stoked! I actually purchased a limited-feature device from a local big box store a while back. I used it thoroughly and got more than my money's worth. I really needed something more and extra attachments. Plus, my husband has been asking where he can get one! So I got online and found the current model is so much more advanced. Needless to say - I bought 2! Should be delivered any day now! I will be back for PART 2 of this review soon!!!!

Great product overall

Having small ear canel, this was the only consumer user friendly product and it did not disappoint! 2k video is extremely useful, great for kids war as well. Highly recommend for ear maintenance!

Super easy to set up and use

Super easy to set up and use, just on and press connect on the app. Image quality is extremely clear. Need some getting use to clean the ear through video and hand coordination, the fast response time does help a lot
