My email order was placed on 18 Dec 24 & £6.94 taken out of my account the same day. Despite attempts to contact you, nearly 4 weeks later this order has still not been delivered.
Please look into this ASAP

Placed an order on 21st Dec expected it to take a little longer due to Christmas. Tried to check for tracking yesterday and today. It's not even bringing the site up now! I've emailed and still nothing. If you read this BYG please let me know what is happening with my order. All the details are in my email.

Order not received after 14 days. It was never sent to Evri. I've tried to contact by email, through their contact form, through the on-line chat. Nothing. Not even a reply. Nowhere to go from here.

Although I knew that it was a random selection of nail polishes, the image showed dark rich colours so was hoping for those. There was only ,1 dark shade in the selection . There was a slight delay in the arrival of my order but not too long so wasn't a problem.

I understand this is small family business, my items (nail polishes X10) I could track my delivery where it is, and each item was so carefully packed in bubble paper plus other protection in the box, I never seen that before, items were new and affordable Thank you very much and have a Happy Festive Holidays 🥰

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel I’ve been left with no choice.
A week ago my order arrived. One of the items was not as pictured. I emailed letting them know, expecting an easy resolution - I’d send back the item in question, they either replace with pictured item or refund. But I’ve not had any response at all!
So I still don’t have the item I ordered, I’m still out of pocket and the item is still wrongly pictured on their website! But more than that, it’s the lack of respect, for paying customers, no response at all is disappointing to say the least
