Haven't had my order delivered yet but got asked to do a review. It's been dispatched but because Beco have chosen one of the worst delivery companies Evri looks like they have lost it or haven't got enough underpaid delivery drivers to deliver. It's apparently sat in the depot.

The poo bags are large, strong, and easy to open. The wipes are plastic free, strong, and smell nice. They've got a great texture to help lift dirt. Delivery is quick.

Orders still not received. Ordered 23OCT advised orders have left but to date, 29OCT, no further updates!

Bags are great. Strong and a good size. My only issue is the adhesive on the tab closure in each new roll is too strong and is almost impossible not to tear a hole in first bag when opening.

Both my dogs have been happy with their fish based dry food and Lily, aged 4 started with puppy food. It’s easy to change the subscription on line and delivery is generally on time.

I brought forward my subscription as we had another dog to stay. Normally it comes in the next couple of days. A week later and there was no sign. The customer support team were helpful and got another bag sent out, but didn't apologise for the inconvenience - Beco got it wrong - it would have been nice to have an apology

Ran out of poop bags. Brought new replacements from local store. Item identifier 202003. Absolutely unfit for purpose. Unless you are crab,scorpion or lobster fitted with claws bags are too finicky to open. Really poor design so if you do not want to stand in the street for minutes with these items, if you have them,open in advance and store, otherwise PURCHASE ANOTHER BRAND!!!

I like that I can delay my subscription order - important for when we're not at home, and our dog loves the food. Another bonus is cardboard packaging, though it's often damaged by the time it gets here.

Ordered Kibble for my Lola, no problem with ordering and was with us within a couple of days. Excellent service

The scented bags are a game changer, making an unpleasant job much easier. Good size and strong and sturdy material. Can’t fault the product or the prompt delivery.
