Exceptional service. Bed delivered and assembled on time with great communication on the day. They carried everything in and assembled the bed in less than an hour. We’re so pleased!

No messages until day before supposed delivery. Another message received saying delivery not till next day. Rearranged things so could be in. Another message received during time slot to say van broken down which seems to be normal looking at reviews and delivery changed again which is not good for me.
Contacted bed ex company saying wanted to cancel delivery gentleman on phone said could leave bed outside, don’t want this due to weather. Emailed company bought bed from (Tesco marketplace, Comfy deluxe) to cancel order and request money back. Will now go elsewhere to buy a bed

I had a texted message about my delivery slot between 2-5 it’s now 6:30 and I haven’t had my bed delivered the delivery device havnt give me a number to call would not recommend having stuff delivered by them

Fantastic delivery company. The delivery guy went above and beyond. Fast, efficient, helpful, kind, respectful. Couldn't fault him.

Unbelievably bad company!
I received a text message saying I can expect delivery of a bed I ordered but cancelled the very same day. I have received a refund but they are still going to deliver the bed. Even after I have replied to their text message!! Both this company and Cloud 9 mattresses need to be shut down! They don’t listen to customers!!! Now I invisage a stand off at my front door tomorrow preventing them from dumping an unwanted bed in my front garden!!! I cannot believe how bad these people are. NEVER EVER BUY FROM CLOUD 9YN or use this delivery company

Really poor service from start to finish. False advertisement and poor customer service, delivered 2 days late and still wouldn't even take inside the house just to hallway. Really unhappy

If I can do 0 stars I would.. we ordered a bed from B&Q and it was due to be delivered.. we received and dodgy looking text message from BED EX asking us to call them.. we were trying to find out if it was legitimate and being very careful with what information we gave.. the man was very rude and disrespectful, called my mum stupid and paranoid and telling us to forget about the text and that they wouldn’t be delivering our paid for item.. we called back to complain and the man called my mom stupid again.. and disrespecting her.. she asked to speak to the manager and then said what is it going to do, he was so cocky.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT'S A SCAM.

THEY WILL NOT DELIVER THE GOODS YOU HAVE PAID FOR, AND WHEN YOU GET TO SPEAK WITH 'MANAGEMENT' THEY WILL ABUSE YOU.
