I'd leave 10 stars if I could. I've had night sweats for 10 years. Nothing has helped - medication, cooling sheets, lighter pajamas. I've had to change my clothes in the middle of the night for a decade straight.
The first night with the bedjet, my night sweats were gone! It's been just over a week now and I still have not experienced night sweats since turning on my Bedjet. My smart watch sleep rating has also improved. One of the best investments I've ever made. A+++

Great Product

Great product and experience so far. I’ve had this for a couple years now. I find I prefer to use it in the winter months to warm up.
I also have the chillipad, which was my preference for the summer (despite some discomfort with it.)

I wished this product existed and now it does!

I wished this PowerLayer Adjustable Bed Frame product existed to enhance a murphy bed we have down all the time. When i found this product I realized this is exactly what I needed. It fit and works perfectly, is quiet and compact and was easy to install.

I literally NEVER leave reviews…

I literally NEVER leave reviews for items, but BedJet has changed my sleep for the better! I’m in my early 40s and experienced severe night sweats 4-5 nights a week. I’d have to get a towel to lay on until I could wash my sheets the next morning. Enter BedJet. Within a few nights I had figured out what settings worked best for me with the Biorhythm function (dry is my best friend!), and I haven’t had an episode like I did before in a month! I also love the turbo mode, to warm up the bed before getting in. The unit is very quiet, and the little bit of noise it does have is the perfect amount of white noise. I can’t say enough about this product and how it’s allowed me to get a full nights rest without waking up in a pool of sweat. Highly recommend, especially for perimenopausal women!!!

Lost power and now the remote is no longer synced to the bedjet. On the remote it says to press the pairing button on the bedjet, of course, there is no single button on the bedjet called "pairing". You have to search how to enter "pairing" mode. How frustrating that manufacturers make simple things so complicated...

On the BedJet 3, the pairing function is accessed using the low-power button, while on the BedJet 3 Mini this same function is labeled as the pairing button. Poor customer service after product…

Poor customer service after product didn’t last a year. A warranty isn’t worth much if you can’t get in touch.

Great product!!

After my cancer diagnosis, I purchased a Bedjet and it has truly been a game changer. I tend to feel cold often and having the heated airflow in my bed age night has made a remarkable difference in my comfort and sleep.
The product stopped working about two years after purchase. We reached out to customer service and they promptly sent us a new one after troubleshooting the one that wasn’t working. Customer service was very prompt and professional, and we received the new product within three days. Great customer service!!

I received my BedJet on Monday and…

I received my BedJet on Monday and hooked it up, but unfortunately the heater unit wasn’t functioning. I waited until the next day to write their customer support, and never have I had better results than in a couple of emails with Tim McCarthy, their Director of Customer Experience. Today is Friday, I received my replacement BedJet, and it works perfectly. All I had to do was grab the serial number for the first unit and the replacement was shipped priority. How refreshing to not have to worry about technical or shipping details… Tim took care of us, and if every company had this kind of customer appreciation, we’d be living in a much nicer world.

Something has changed with this product- do not buy

I've had a Bedjet for nearly 10 years. I just purchased my third sheet. Up until I bought the new and improved third sheet, I loved my Bedjet. Now, with the new sheet, I'm waking up all night tossing and turning because I'm super hot. I no longer feel the air moving under the sheet. My feet are no longer getting cold. Nothing has changed except for the sheet.

I just called customer service asking if the design had changed. I was told no. They said that the material (thread count) is the only thing that has changed. I explained my current experience with the product- TERRIBLE/not sleeping because I'm hot/tossing and turning all night, and they said- "Sorry- don't know what to tell you." I said, "if the design has not changed, could it be that I have a defective sheet?" I was told that it was not possible for me to have a defective sheet. (Not sure how any manufacturer could claim that they have zero defects, but this man did.)

Something has most definitely changed. If this is the new Bedjet (sheet is the main issue for me), DO NOT BUY! You will not be happy.

I’m furious with how my BedJet order…

After posting my review, BedJet reached out and resolved the issue. They refunded my $220 shipping fee, and after investigating, they confirmed that the shop I ordered through did not properly state the customs/import tax the way it is disclosed on their own website.

I appreciate that they took the time to look into this and make it right. While I still think international buyers should always double-check for potential customs fees, I’m satisfied with the outcome and happy with the way BedJet handled it once I raised the concern.

I’m furious with how my BedJet order has been handled. I already paid $220 in shipping, only to be blindsided with an additional $300+ “import tax” bill from DHL before I could even receive the product. That’s over $500 in hidden costs tacked on after the fact.

At no point during checkout or confirmation was this disclosed. That’s not just poor communication — it’s misleading. If your company knows international customers will get hammered with these fees, you have a responsibility to state that clearly upfront. Instead, I feel tricked into a bait-and-switch.

Let me be very clear: this is unacceptable. You either reimburse me for these unexpected costs, or I will take further action. That means filing a chargeback with my bank, lodging a complaint with consumer protection authorities, and making sure other potential buyers know exactly what kind of shady practices they’re walking into.

I trusted your company’s claims about valuing customer experience — right now, it looks like the exact opposite. Fix this immediately.

I expect a response with a concrete solution, not excuses.

Best thing I have bought for self-care. EVER!

I have been dealing with horrible night sweats for over 6 months now. I decided to splurge and purchase a BadJet single sleeper unit. It IS life-changing!!! I am sleeping much better!!! And when I wake up, I am not in a puddle of sweat! TMI, I know, but I just need to let the middle aged ladies out there know how fantastic this machine is!!! And it is not cheap, BUT, I would pay for this thing over and over again to help with these “changes” all women go through eventually! Plus, their customer service is A+ too!

We've had our Bedjet for a year now

We've had our Bedjet for a year now. The company were very responsive to my questions before purchase and we found it easy to set-up. The cloud sheet is high quality and the Bedjet has worked great and really helped my son to sleep better. I am happy to recommend this product and company.

Great customer service

Ordering was easy. When there was an issue where it appeared that the post office had lost my package, I reached out and they sent me a replacement right away. The original order did eventually arrived and I was able to send that one back hassle free.

All around, just a great business to interact with.

Exceptional Customer Service

This company surpassed expectations on customer service. I have been using BedJet for 2 years and the remote came apart. I contacted them via email and got a response within the hour! And acknowledgement of the product warranty and the remote was covered. BedJet shipped a replacement remote out the same day and provided email instructions to sync the new remote to the unit. Happy customer that is happy to support this business.

I love my BedJet more than words can explain! Life changing! After owning it for about a year I noticed the filter had a strange musty smell. Customer Service was on it and had quick responses and solved my issue right away!!

Bed Jet Customer Service/Product Review…

I was UBER excited to receive my Bed Jet and when it came, I could not get it open fast enough. I absolutely LOVED it. I thought it was the best thing since sliced bread LOL. It is not loud and blows good air. Unfortunately, I had to return it. I live in an extremely hot and sometimes bipolar environment (meaning it can be 86 one day and -5 the next). With me being 55 going through the pause (meno that is) and packing my own insulation (I weigh 280 and I'm only 5'2) I just knew this was a God send and it is, just not for me. I notified customer service that I would like to return it and had zero problems doing so. I live for people who are super nice and helpful. I don't think I've ever experienced any other customer service as friendly and courteous as they were. I watched all the videos that interrupt your programs on YouTube (LOL) and was convinced that I needed the Bed Jet in my life. I miss it already LOL. The product is great and because they have a great return window, at the very least you should try it. You will not be disappointed.
