Bedroomking Avis

These guys were quick and efficient. I decided to change part of my order in the middle of the night at 1am and these guys in a shirt turn around came with all my options to change the bits.

Quick delivery + installation. Bed looks great, very pleased with the service

If you're reading this then you're probably doing what I was. Searching frantically for a new bed because it's an absolute mine field! Well all i can say is I'm glad I settled on Bedroomking!!

Their website firstly is really well laid out and was easy to navigate. They are really clear and concise with their terms and conditions regarding custom items and ensuring you measure properly. I would say this detail is a huge tick in the box. Building your bed on their website is easy and visual! It really helps with decision making

When the bed finally arrived it was packaged within an inch of its life which again I mark as a huge positive. The bed was well protected and so was the mattress. We went with the orthopedic mattress (the most expensive one) which is amazing quality but it is firm so just something to take into account for anyone wanting to get a mattress aswell

Putting the bed together, it's clear the bed was put together with PROPER timber and materials as the build quality was top notch and had a really nice weight to it. The instructions on their websites are super helpful

All in all I would say 1000% check them out. Our new bed is brilliant

Fantastic firm to deal with communication was great updates on delivery customer service was great, lovely headboard and frame highly recommend this shop

All good, the part was delivered quickly and on time.

Amazing beds, amazing company.

We have used this company a couple of times now and on both occasions they have been brilliant, The beds are amazing quality and so well packed on arrival. Bedtime is now my favourite time.

They deliver when they say they're going to and we've had a courtesy call on the delivery day with a time slot. The delivery drivers are polite and carry all the bed parts into the house.

Any aftercare that has been needed has been dealt with swiftly.Would definitely use again. Five star service.

The ottoman bed I ordered was made very fast and delivered in time before moving into our new home. I was very pleased and surprised at how swiftly the bed got made. Customer service was great too and it wasn't a hassle ordering and picking the colour and material of the bed. Highly recommended

Fantastic team with great customer service. Had a small issue that was fixed very quickly. Highly recommended

Over the moon with the bed I ordered. It is absolutely gorgeous - looks so much more expensive than the actual price. So well made and was packaged very well. The service for delivery and assembly was very smooth - delivery men were polite and professional, they assembled the bed very quickly and efficiently without any fuss. Would recommend this service to anyone and will 100% be purchasing from BedroomKing again and using the same service. Could not be happier!

The top quality of the bed far exceded our expectations. The communication and service from Bedroom king was excellent from start to finish. Order ready within 7days. Regular updates received regarding delivery and the two delivery guys were extremely attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend buying from Beedrom King.

I knew the quality would be good however it exceeds the price point I paid. I have been thinking about buying a new bed for ages. I wish I hadn’t waited so long now. The two delivery men were amazing. Couldn’t do enough. As a single female with an illness they were the perfect mix of friendly but professional. Don’t question if you should place an order. Do it and treat yourself.
