Fantastic service and after care from Bedroom king! I bought a bed a few years ago and the fire tags had come off. I am moving house and unfortunately couldn't take the bed with me. I needed a tag on the bed to sell the bed! I reached to them and they sent me some out. Couldn't ask for more from a business! Will definitely buy again from here!

Impressive service
The bed was delivered so quickly, especially taking into account that there were options on the size, the material, the layout (divan with draws or ottoman, headboard size etc).
The quality of the bed seems excellent, although I'm still waiting for a mattress.
I want to give a special shout out to the delivery staff who looked after me after it transpired I had made an error in the delivery address, they were fantastic in their understanding and willingness to flex and resolve for me. I'm very happy as a result.

I recently had an issue with my bed…
I recently had an issue with my bed frame, and Bedroom King were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. One of the legs had collapsed and the metal support bar had twisted, but they handled everything quickly and professionally.
They supplied a brand‑new headboard completely free of charge and arranged fitting for me, only asking that I covered the shipping cost. The team who came out today were polite, efficient, and had the new headboard fitted perfectly in no time.
It’s rare to find customer service this good — Bedroom King really went above and beyond to put things right, and I’m genuinely impressed with how smoothly they resolved the problem. Highly recommend them for both quality products and outstanding aftercare.

Ordered a bed in 2024. The side boards broke recently. Contacted them and promptly they have organised replacements to be delivered with the offer of taking the old ones away. Can't fault the service.

Brilliant company to deal with got 2…
Brilliant company to deal with got 2 beds 1 king & one pink bed fir my daughter she was buzzing when they delivered and built them for us we where extremely happy.
Moving into our new home this took a lot of pressure off us as just also had a new born 4 weeks before.
Just recently lost our tv bed remote control and company sent out new 1 Fred of charge plus special delivery 🚚
Will definitely recommend to anyone a know a will use again.
