Good service and sweet people

Excellent service. Delivered the bed with care and diligently. Would recommend. - Darren Broadbent

From order support to delivery and set up an excellent experience right through the process

Got a bed from them over a year ago, which is amazing. Due to no fault of theirs I needed a new foot board, customer service were unbelievably helpful and I had a replacement within a week. I was so impressed I decided to order another bed from them for my spare room - well done Bedroomking!

Fantastic 5-star service! I got a Superking bed at a great price and it completely exceeded my expectations. Easy to assemble, super-fast delivery (ordered 8th Sept, arrived 12th), and the delivery team were brilliant. I wouldn’t buy a bed anywhere else now — highly recommended!

Thank you, Bedroom king really care about the customers, they are really kind and caring when dealing with any questions or issues you may have, they are understanding, and pacient, and honestly go above and beyond and I cant fault them for it, it's extremely rare to see a company that really care about their consumers, I would definitely recommend buying from them, you won't be disappointed, highly rated them for the quality, customer service, and also because there's a number ways to pay.

Had my bed delivered today. The guys were great at communicating with me a time for it to be delivered. I were held behind at work and they waited 30/40 mins for me. I’m so grateful as not in next week as away. Thankyou so much for great service!

Great experience with bedroom king, very professional and friendly guys that came to deliver and build the bed and delivery was earlier than expected which was ideal for us, they put up the bed in no time and it looks great! Highly recommend!

Great service throughout

Great quality, love the bed and they are super helpful via WhatsApp if you have any questions

It would have been 5 stars but your delivery company let you down. I had paid £100 extra for the delivery company to take my old bed away. When they brought the new bed, they said they could not take the old one because there was no room in the van. When I pointed out that they had taken one bed out of the van so there was room to put another in, they said "How will we get the other stuff out?" This is not my problem! They (eventually) agreed to make their other deliveries and come back to collect the bed, but only because I refused to sign for delivery until they took my old bed. It spoiled what was otherwise a very good service, less than a week between ordering and delivery of my bed and I am very pleased with the bed.

Really good customer service and the bed itself is good quality. The mattress is very deep and very comfortable. I would recommend
