It was a very happy on line shopping experience. I ordered on Monday and got the MRX Car Bed No 81 Blue and the brand new mattress on Tuesday morning. Glen is a nice person to communicate and he is really efficient.

Very quick notification of when we would be receiving. Speedy turn around time from order to delivery. My son loves his bedroom set. I wish it just came as a bigger bed as it’s so small it makes it hard to lay next to him to read to him.

I purchased the Horizon King Single Loft Bunk Bed.
Delivery was very very slow and I had to chase up 4 times over the course of a week to get a delivery date. This is even though it was in Perth and ready to deliver. The service on that end was a very bad experience.

As far as the quality goes I'm very disappointed with it. Assembling is very time consuming and majority of the pre machined holes are too small for the intended fixture and have not been machined deep enough. I knocked in a few lugs and as a hole was machined to small and the too deep this caused the other to blow out very easily. On top of that the spanner they provide is cheap and nasty (as expected), problem is you can't find a normal small shifter in there either.

Pretty disappointing!

My experience with putting things together....I'm a builder and have multiple trades so this stuff when done right shouldn't be so bad.

Repeat purchase as was happy with our original purchase 3 years ago, so went back again for another bed. Communication was great and flexibility around delivery was also great.

First bed rail that I've found that can be used with any sort of bed base. It's decently priced and was shipped quickly. I am using it on a king size bed and have had no issues with installation or movement throughout the night.

This is such a fantastic bunkbed for older children as well as little ones. Really well built and sturdy fantastic size and modern design. It did however take six hours to put together. Don’t be in a rush!
