Complete lack of customer service. Doesn’t respond to email or WhatsApp communications. I have been trying to get an update on my order for 2 weeks to no avail. Not a good service

Nice dining table

The sofa is lovely and is true to measurements fits lovely.
The person delivering it was nice but did run late and had to reschedule to the next day and then was a little bit late the following day too that’s the only reason why I’ve given 4 stars but thank you !

This is by far the worst buying experience I have ever had - EVER! Steer well clear and don't buy anything from them. The wardrobe we purchased was incredibly poor quality, it actually looks like it is getting unglued. When I informed Bedsclub they requested me to return it in original packaging "as they will have to sell it to another customer". I kept explaining it is not fit for purpose amd extremely poor quality, not fit to be sold to anyone else. To no avail. Horrendous experience.

I placed an order for a wardrobe on the 25th August, I was told last week it was going to be delivered and I would get a phone call from delivery people the day before but that never happened and they said the same this week but still no phone calls and they are not replying to my messages.

Firstly, the initial sofa that was delivered to my home was damaged. After reporting this issue, I was promised a replacement, but the process was poorly managed and left me feeling frustrated and neglected as I waited for updates.

When the replacement finally arrived, I was dismayed to find that it was not the correct sofa model. Since Friday, I have had three massive boxes sitting in my living room, which is not only inconvenient but also unacceptable. I have attempted to reach out for clarification on when I can expect the correct sofa to be delivered, but to date, I have received no response.
Now after a few days they finally reply saying that they don’t have my sofa and they need to wait for shipment wich will take weeks.

The mirror came broken and now no one is answering the phone or responding to emails I'm stuck with broken order very bad customer service do not recommend

Unfortunately very disappointed! The only good thing was customer service.When comes to quality,it is not what you are getting for your money.Flimsy chipboard was crumbling in some places when putting screws,very bad manual instruction,I will suggest to go on YouTube and follow video instructions instead.After assemble,I was disappointed to such an extend that it crossed my mind to keep my old 15 years old wardrobe instead! Not sure how long this one will last ,hopefully now that everything is in place it can serve me a few years!

Very satisfied with the delivery and also the wardrobe. It looks very nice on our renovated flat

The couch was lovely and very affordable the foam was sturdy but comfortable to sit on pillows were included too

Only 1 star as can’t leave none! Bought egg chair got confirmation for delivery next day , sold my chair ! Then gets email saying I have been refunded at my request! Which I had not requested. I messaged them and all I got back was we don’t deliver to you !!! UNPROFESSIONAL no apology or anything AVOID
I AM NOT CALLED CHARLIE AND THE REASON WAS YOU DONT DELIVER NOTHING WAS MENTIONED ABOUT FAULTY STOCK !!!!!!
