I had a very bad experience with Beef Casino.
On April 18, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of €1850. Since then, the withdrawal has remained in “pending” status with no progress.
Immediately after submitting the request, I contacted support and was told that no additional documents were required and that the review would take around 2 hours. However, this later changed to 72 hours, and after that, I was told there is no defined timeframe at all.
My account was then blocked due to “additional verification,” even though:
- My account is fully verified
- I have provided all required documents
- No additional documents have been requested
The most concerning part is that support refuses to explain what exactly is being verified. They clearly stated that the verification timeframe is not regulated and that the details cannot be disclosed.
This means my account is blocked and my funds are being withheld indefinitely without any transparency.
I have also been redirected between different departments and even different brands, which makes the situation even more confusing and unprofessional.
I have submitted a complaint to CasinoGuru and will continue to pursue this case until it is resolved.
I strongly advise others to be very careful when using this casino.
UPDATE:
After further communication with Beef Casino, I want to clarify the current situation.
My account has now been unblocked, but my withdrawal of €1850 was CANCELLED, and only my deposit was returned.
The casino claims that my winnings were removed due to a “technical error” on the game provider’s side. However:
* No proof has been provided
* No official report from the provider has been shared
* No details about the supposed error were disclosed
When I asked for evidence, I was told that this information is “internal” and cannot be shared.
This is completely unacceptable.
I played with my own money (no bonus), my account was fully verified, and the game was functioning normally during gameplay.
If there was a technical issue, it is the responsibility of the casino and their provider — not the player.
Confiscating winnings without proof raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency.
I have now escalated this case to CasinoGuru, AskGamblers, and the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
I will update again depending on how this case is resolved.

Meine Einzahlung haben sie einfach storniert obwohl dieser Betrag schon von meinem Konto abgebucht wurde. Als ich einzahlte wurde das geld nicht gutgeschrieben, sie sagten es könne mit dieser Methode bis zu 3 Werktage dauern. When I asked for a fair alternative, the support agent (Britney) LITERALLY THREATENED ME on chat, saying my account would be "blocked forever" for asking for my money. Minutes later, they deleted my account. This is not a casino, it's a scam organization that uses blackmail to avoid paying players. I have reported them to the licensing authority and CasinoGuru. Jestem użytkownikiem firmy od lutego roku 2026. Pierwszy wypłata która zleciłem na około 4000zl przyszła do mnie tego samego dnia. Не выплачивают выигрыш. Запрашивают кучу фото, селфи со СНИЛС, селфи со сведетельством о рождении, селфи с ИНН, фото паспорта на белом листе бумаги с датой, временем и подписью. Потом говорят что документы приняты, но они будут что то проверять в течении 72 часов. Спустя 72 часа они пишут что заморозили выплату еще на 31 день. В общем типичные мошенники. Советую всем держаться по дальше от этой "конторки", назвать из "Казино" точно нельзя.
Дополню свой отзыв когда ситуация решиться окончательно.
И еще момент, когда пытаешься найти отзывы о них, поисковик выдает самый первый сайт "КазиноРу". Так вот, там невозможно авторизироваться чтобы оставить отзыв, сайт фейковый и создан для того чтобы вводить в заблуждение потенциальных игроков
