Horrible experience with them. We had over 80% rejection rates with one of the major mobile network operators for over 1 month.
Every time I contacted the Support team I was given a script on how the salesperson had escalated the issue and would personally follow up. I heard nothing back and then when I contacted them again the cycle was repeated.
I am happy with level of service that i get from Been Afrika. Good and quality support team, but the innovative ideas around the business to help also small scale business startup to grow.
