My property was original with EPC rating G, and Bee property assist overall project management to ensure the renovation fall into reasonable time line 8 weeks and meet the requirement to rent out , they response to my enquirers promptly with full explanation the consequences of different situations, appreciated their professionalism and reasonably charges , I will high recommend them and definitely will seek for their service again in my next property renovation,

I recently bought a house from an auction through Bee Property’s introduction. Never had I had such a pleasant working experience with property agents before.

Louis is super knowledgeable and helpful in obtaining the very vital information for my bid. Thoroughly analyzed my edge and strategically submitted a lower bid, he literally engaged in the bidding war as if he was the investor himself, not a sourcing agent with the only goal to ensure his client gets the deal at the highest bidding price and the commission goes securely into his pocket. His knowledge in building cost helped me a lot in planning a budget for later maintainence. Working with a sourcing agent with the buyer’s best interest in mind is a blessing to any investor.

I am very pleased to have Bee Property as the letting agent of the house and this proves the very right choice even before any letting happens. The professionalism and responsiveness Rebecca demonstrated throughout the conveyance process has made most of her competitors far below par (trust me, I have different experience with letting agents for my other properties). Where could you find an agent to go through multiple months of rent transaction history and all statutory checks in the middle of the night just to remind you in time to alert your lawyer what to look out for in a tight timescale of completion date? Where could you get an agent who spares no effort to mend all the defects in the previous ASTs for you even before any letting service agreement was signed. Rebecca did all those and beyond.
