BeepSweep makes sure a missed call still reaches you. You switch on call forwarding for calls you don't answer. It takes one short code and about two minutes, and you keep your own number. From that moment on, any call you miss goes to BeepSweep instead of a voicemail box nobody listens to. Within seconds you get a readable message. It starts with a one sentence summary. Under that are the details that matter, such as times, amounts and phone numbers, followed by the full transcript, the original audio and a draft reply you can send straight away. It arrives where you already are: WhatsApp, SMS, email or in the app. That part is free for 15 messages a month. No credit card. If you want more, you can switch on Sweep, our AI receptionist. Sweep answers the call, says at the start that it is an AI, asks who is calling and why, works out how urgent it sounds and sends you a briefing. On higher plans Sweep also answers questions using a knowledge base built from your own website, follows your opening hours and routing rules, and gives every team member their own line and inbox. There are things Sweep will not do. It will not agree a price or make a promise you then have to keep. It collects information, and answers questions if you let it. It does not negotiate. BeepSweep is hosted in Amsterdam and encrypted with AES-256. Your calls are never used to train models. Appointment booking and live transfer are still in beta.
