Invaluable service!
We decided to use this service because we were confused and not able to understand the builder quotes we had received. It was a great decision and our experience has been fantastic. The service provided is very clear and with honest language that helped novices such as us, understand our options much better. The layout of our report is visually very helpful, easy to look at, accessible and broken down into manageable sections without bias or judgement, and clearly based on extensive knowledge.
Communication was excellent throughout the whole process and friendly and polite aswell. The report helped us feel more confident that we could challenge builder quotes and make a much more informed decision on our choices of builder contractors for our project of a 2 storey extension. I would highly recommend this service and I would certainly use them again. Thanks again for a smooth and extremely valuable service!
