What a knowledgeable team. We are having behaviour problems with our 9 yr old cockerpoo he gets upset when not with me. Dr Natalie took us on and with her guidance Ted has come on very well in a short space of time. Early days yet but we can see real changes in his behaviour. A service I would wholeheartedly recommend.

We have only had an initial consultation so far but the vet was very good at explaining my dog’s behaviour and breaking up tasks into managing behaviour in the short term and changing his reaction to triggers in the longer term. She explained what aspect each technique would be working on. After the session I received a summary by email with links and visual prompts.

Wow! Just had my first session with a very warm friendly and knowledgable Dr Natalie who listened to me and unlike many professionals had actually prepared for my session and read my notes.
It was a light bulb moment when she started writing on the white board and I could suddenly see why my lovely dog was acting as he does and what I need to do about it. The advice was clear and the whole experience was encouraging and friendly. My dog was obviously listening as he came to join me on the sofa and got a look in.
I thought this was a scam at first and too good to be true. I even looked up the provider on this site before paying my £25.
I have spoken with a dog behaviorist before but Dr Natalie is way out of his league. Knowledgable calm friendly encouraging and very professional. I started the actual work immediately after the call and it really is paying off already.
This approach was also evident in the registration process and I am confident it will continue. You just know when you have found a professional friendly genuine provider and I have. Back to the whiteboard now to practice some more!

We have been working with this company for a couple of months now and we are already seeing a difference in our pup the staff are so friendly and even answer my constant emails everytime within minutes im also enjoying learning as we help our little pup on his journey everything is explained clearly and every detail we need is sent over to us so we can start our training I couldn't be happier

Marta, our behaviorist, is truly wonderful. She perfectly explained our dog's problem and showed us how to work with Mia. I finally see light at the end of the tunnel, and after months of trying literally everything, I'm starting to believe that we can help our dog with separation anxiety.

The service is so good the solutions we are looking at was so helpful would definatly recommend.

Dr Bridget made us feel completely at ease. She asked us a comprehensive list of questions about Alfie and his behavioural problems. Informative and clear

Thank you Dr Marta. Spending several hours with us, Dr Marta went through all the reasons our dog was behaving like he is. She broke it down and gave step by step advise and guidance. Simple things that make a difference. Things we didnt think of. Highly recommend using Behavet if you are experiencing any animal troubles. Already we can see improvements in our dogs behaviour. Brilliant First Session

Dr Ellie was extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding. I came away with some great tools to start the journey with my dog.

Dr Jasmine took the time to ask the relevant questions, listened and learn about the struggles my dog is experiencing. She came up with some good strategies for us to begin implementing.

We had our first consultation with Dr Ellie and I can honestly say that it was a joy from start to finish. She is excellent at explaining how a dog’s brain works and although for me it was a lot to take in, very helpfully we can access all the information that was discussed to help us in moving forward.

I found the service to respond quickly and was able to arrange an online appointment within a week. Dr Jasmine was able to identify my dog’s difficulties, explain why he was struggling and gave strategies to manage them. I’m looking forward to continuing our journey with Behavet!

I worked with Dr Zuzannah for a few months to help my Golden retriever with reactivity both in and out of the house. The sessions were incredibly useful in helping me understand the behaviour, and the training videos were brilliant, demonstrating methods of distraction, boundary training, and so much more. She prescribed relevant pain medication that also helped. We've seen great improvement in Ollie, mainly because we have learned how to understand his communication to avoid the reactivity in the house. The training for out of the house has also helped with his moods and distracting him from reacting. Highly recommend!

The whole Behavet experience has been exceptional. The admin team at the beginning and throughout the process have been friendly, professional and extremely helpful.

The consultation with our behaviourist vet was very thorough and she was very patient even when we had some technical issues; she continued regardless of the less than ideal technical situation. Also, receiving an all round observation of our dog, not just his behaviour difficulties, but picking up potential GI causes is something you do not receive from a behaviourist who is not also a vet.

The documentation and videos sent after the consultation was excellent and left us with no doubts what we were to do going forward.

We would highly recommend Behavet.
