Toxic management, chaotic processes, and unpaid compensation
A typical working day meant constant pressure, chaotic tasks with no clear deadlines, and unstable workflow — one week with overwhelming demands, the next with complete silence. Management communicates in a toxic and disrespectful way, relying on complaints, intimidation, and manipulation instead of support.
There is no healthy corporate culture: fear and control dominate instead of trust and respect. Payments were often delayed, and when I left, the company refused to pay for my entitled leave days — a clear contract violation and underpayment.
The only positive aspect was some exposure to international projects, but overall, it was a stressful and toxic environment with very low pay. Definitely not worth the effort.
