First class service from arriving in the showroom to delivery of our sofas this week.
All staff we came in contact with were so friendly and welcoming. Absolutely no pressure and always someone on hand to answer any questions we had.
No rush on making our final order decisions either, which did take us a while!
We also had a delicious courtesy coffee in the café, allowing us to chat by ourselves and make sure we were happy with our choices. We were listen to carefully to understand our needs and likes.
Keira gave regular email updates on our order, then called to arrange delivery. Jolene also double checked our invoice before taking our final pre-delivery payment.
The 2-man delivery team were so professional and courteous too.

Credit where credit's due, we received excellent service from the team at Belgica - from Jo and Keira in store to Ryan and Mason at the delivery stage. Nothing was too much trouble, poor Keira even had to store our furniture for longer because we had delays at this end. We're very pleased with it, thanks all!

We recently decided to refresh two of our bedrooms and also wanted a cost effective solution for window coverings for our daughter’s first flat that she had moved into.
Having purchased from Belgica before, we had no hesitation in ordering new bedroom furniture but were keen to enlist the help of in-house designer Jo Michel to bring our initial room design thoughts to life. It’s fair to say that our experiences with Jo and her team completely blew us away and surpassed our expectations. Jo quickly picked up on our initial ideas and brought them to life with an extra 20% ‘Je Ne Sais Quoi’ and we couldn’t be more delighted with what’s been achieved.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Jo, Janie and Adrian for anyone considering an interior refresh and needing some quality design led input backed up with excellent client service. We found the whole experience to be really enjoyable and have no doubt that we will be back at some point in the future do do it all again.

Fabulous choices and so many options of style, colour, fabrics etc. and now it's been delivered it's really clear it's quality furniture. Almost as important has been the excellent customer service. Absolutely delighted with our order and the whole experience. The delivery day went perfectly, the two chaps delivering were super helpful, really friendly and so considerate.

In a world of poor quality and upselling in allegedly cheap furniture shops, or on line promises not kept, it's lovely to see an independent store doing the job well.

Belgica Furniture was a thoughrougly professional company to deal with when we ordered two Himola Rhine Sofas.
The staff were knowledgeable and provided helpful good advise when we were deciding the best sofas to suit our requirements. The sofas were ready ahead of schedule and the delivery team were also very helpful. They considered the size of our doorways and removed the sofa arms to ease the installation process. The Sofas were then carefully assembled in our living room.
The new Sofas are much comfier than our old ones, so we are very pleased with our purchase. Belgica furniture staff were easily contactable, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with through the whole process from initial look to final delivery. I would highly recommend Belgica Furniture.

Staff were very knowledgeable on the products and explained timescales for ordering, as well as keeping us informed on the anticipated delivery date.

Delivery & installation was an extremely efficient process and the fitting team took the time to advise on long term care of furniture.

We had the help from Jo Mickel to change the look of two of our rooms and what we received was definitely the best customer service we have ever experienced,we would now class Jo as a friend but all the staff at Belgica were amazing.We have now been left with two rooms we could never have dreamed of calling our own and all down to Jo taking us to different wholesalers and recommending pieces from Belgica,Jo vision is something we could never have done on our own,would recommend Belgica to anyone and they have an excellent cafeteria as well to make your visit more like a day out.

A great selection of quality sofas and chairs, as well as many other items and gifts. The on site cafe is also very good. The staff were so helpful with great customer service pre and post sale. We are very happy with our purchases and will recommend to friends and family and return again.

I had an issue with a dining room table I bought 2 years ago from Belgica. When I notified them of this, they immediately sent a representative to come to the property to rectify. This was done speedily and without issue and our table is now fully restored to the original condition. Great 3D Plans were provided and "WOW" we were amazed at the ideas. The help and advice with product selection was invaluable and used to great effect. Jo also provided a personnel shopping experience for Table Lamps and external sourcing for a non stock item. It all looks wonderful.
