It was my first time going there, I got my hair in jumbo box braids, when the lady had finished my hair I looked in the mirror and it didn’t look it has just been done, I thought it was me, but when I got home I was told it doesn’t look up to standards how you usually get it. The next morning it looked a total mess, I immediately messaged the owner sending pictures, she blamed it on everything like texture of my hair, wrap my hair, use mousse, edge control. The whole head was a mes. I have been getting my hair braided for years who have always done a good job so I know how to care for my hair, the fact she said texture of hair is ridiculous. I asked for a 50% refund she offered £10 of my next treatment that costs over £10, I was not going back there. I took the braiding out two days later, I was so embarrassed on how it looks, she could have refunded back half the money. Do not was your time or money you will be disappointed I am still shock on how she handled it all.

The service I received was brilliant
My stylist provided me with first class service. She was determined to finish in a timely fashion and ensure my braids where don't to a high standard.

Very easy to communicate with the drawings are phenomenal. So quickly drawn with lots of details, all our guests were queuing for their pictures. All left feeling very happy. Mary is very polite and accommodating,

Excellent hair products and very reasonably priced. Shipping was delayed due to low stock, but they emailed me right away with options. I chose to wait, and it arrived about a week later—definitely worth it!

My experience on my first visit to see Belinda was extremely positive. Belinda was very welcoming, helpful and supportive. She provided me with a thorough assessment and detailed report recommending the treatment I would need for my hair.

No messing about, when you arrive, you get on with your hair . Atmosphere is calm and uplifting at the same time, not frenetic music. Obviously competent stylist who understands your hair journey. 5++ stars.

I dunno the name of the stylist who braided my hair. This is my second time being in the salon and it’s been the same person. I dunno her name but God will surely bless her for her selflessness and dedication. When you see her, you’ll think she’s the unapproachable kinda person till you talk to her. She’s just nice and open 😘👌🏾

My hair was extremely short the first day and I thought she might say no to me cos I had gone to 2 different salons and they all turned me down but this lady had my time. I wanted to give her all my money when she finished 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 cos I needed that cornrow so bad. Thanks so much sweetheart. I’ve really got you in heart. Continue with the good work ❤️ Cheers 🥂
