I made contact with Bella Digitizers via email asking about custom patches for my husband's business. Within 24 hours, I had a response. I sent the image I wanted. Then, within 24 hours, I had a digital rendering of the patch. Less than a day later, they sent me a picture of the test run of the actual patch. I made some requests for adjustments. Again, less than a day later, a new test run picture was sent. I gave the go ahead. I just received the product today and am VERY pleased. They communicate well, have great customer service, and their pricing is reasonable.
