Shop fronts as if it's in the Netherlands, it's a Chinese cheap temu style. Dress arrived, badly made, I'll fitted and not as pictured. I tried to return but the lady made it so hard and dragged it out that I would have been out of time to get refund. I managed to get €13 back from a €60 dress. Don't waste your money.

Hände weg von dieser Firma, eine Rücksendung ist nicht möglich, man wird immer wieder mir 10 oder 20% Gutscheinen vertröstet. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Ich habe noch nie sowas erlebt. Dass man Geld zurückbekommt kann man vergessen.

Ich habe ein Kleid bestellt, das leider zu klein und kurz ist, obwohl die Grösse sonst immer passt. Auch entspricht das Kleid nicht den Bildern, und wirkt sehr billig.
Eine Rückgabe ist trotz Mailwechsel nicht möglich.
Auf der Webseite ist eine 30-tägigen Rückgabefrist aufgeführt.
Bis jetzt wurde mir zuerst 10% dann 20% Preisnachlass oder ein Gutschein für 50% des Kaufpreises angeboten. Die Rücksende-Adresse wird mir nicht mitgeteilt, und ist auf der Webseite nicht aufgeführt.
Das Vorgehen scheint System zu haben. Das Unternehmen ist nicht bereit das Kleid zurück zu nehmen und den Kaufpreis zu erstatten.

I ordered a dress for 69 CHF (on sale) and it showed up looking nothing like the dress in the photos. Material is ultra cheap and stitching is so bad it cannot be worn in public. I wouldn't even have paid 5 CHF for it. Attempts for a refund (email) have not led anywhere, and the phone number does not exist!

I wish I could post a photo of me wearing it so everyone could at least have a good laugh!

These criminals should be locked up.

Hello, I ordered a jumpsuit for my wedding, and of course what I received did not correspond AT ALL what I ordered.
I am calling them, sending them emails to send back the article and have a refund with no success!
What do you suggest please???
