I love the quick response to orders, very necessary in this age of remote shopping and greatly appreciated.

Faulty Bottle Cap & Inept Customer Service
Ordered two bottles of aftershave from this company, having seen positive reviews on line.
Opened the first bottle & the spray cap fell off, it won’t reconnect, I have contacted the company’s customer service by E Mail, only to be told in order for them to review the issue, I needed to record a video of myself opening the item from the packaging.
I’ll be honest, I’ve never heard such nonsense, who records themselves opening an item, if that’s the customer service to expect when they sent me a faulty product, I wouldn’t waste my money, stay away!
