1)Total scam. Delivered to the wrong address and refused to help.I placed an order online, but I never received the product, even though the tracking showed it as "delivered." I checked the delivery photo, and it clearly shows they dropped it off at a completely different address.Because it was a Sunday, I submitted a complaint immediately that same day. I received an automated response. I followed up via email, and an agent named Adam replied, stating they would not refund my money or resend the package because my claim was made after 48 hours. This is a complete lie; I complained the very same day. It is clear that Adam did not even bother to look at my order or my initial claim history. Save your money and avoid this company.

Do not use this company if you are not at home all day. I have emailed numerous times about my package being left on my front doorstep. Gone when I got home. No contact number. AI generated response via email absolute joke. Can't rate the perfume or aftershave as didn't receive. No doubt I will get another AI response. No aftercare service

I would give 0. This is not a review I give lightly. I have been contacting this company for the last week. We had a delivery this week 2 aftershaves & a set of perfumes. The courier they used (evri) decided to leave on my front matt in clear view for anyone to see. I went home to find no parcel.

The delivery has been confirmed through both the GPS coordinates recorded at the time of delivery and the Proof of Delivery (POD) photograph, which shows the parcel delivered to the address provided.

While we appreciate the information you have shared, our review is based on the delivery evidence available to us and the terms outlined in our Delivery and Refund Policy. As the order has been successfully delivered according to the courier's records, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund in this instance.


We understand this is disappointing and appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for. However, based on the verified delivery information, we consider the order to have been successfully fulfilled and are unable to take this matter further.

As you can see taking no responsibility & deeming this acceptable & case closed as they decide it's delivered even though as per consumer act 2015 this is not classed as delivered. absolutely fuming

Ordered from Bellavita Luxury. I am a very busy person and don’t really have that much time to be checking my shipping status. I usually order and when it comes it comes. Then once a week I check my emails I go through them all. We all know how much spam and junk we get! So I open the email from Bellavita Luxury saying my package was delivered on the 17th. Check my mail daily and didn’t receive it there nor was it left in front of my door these are the two places that I get my stuff delivered no where else. So I write them the email that I didn’t receive my package. Then they send my pictures of building number 12 not my building at all and random mailbox number and it was just left there in front of those mailboxes not my mailbox some random on a totally opposite side of my mailboxes. This is a huge complex and they assumed that I will know where it is. Also who ever took it should not take other peoples stuff thats rude too but besides the point there is people like that. So I sent that email on the 24th and got a response that they have a 48 hour policy and can’t do anything about. So be careful when ordering someone else might get it unless you contact them right away because some people just have so much time just to wait around and see when Bellavita will email you that the package was delivered somewhere!

First class from start to finish . Quick turn around . Great smells that last all day and can even smell them on my clothes the next day

I ordered a perfume which got delivered on the 8th July, its nit a perfume I wanted to wear all the time, sprayed a little to have a smell, when I did wear it on the 10th July it was fine, on the 2nd time using it on the 17th July the mechanism of the spray didnt work, I emailed them straight away to not get a response until I chased on the 22nd July to be told they have a 48 response to report any faults or returns. I have tried to challenge this just to be told the same and there's nothing they will do, I even said I would be hapoy to return for a replacement as it is faulty after 9 days of it being delivered and only twice using it. I think the scents are good, I went for the G.O.A.T man and fantasy for men which do smell really nice and the price is fair but the scent just does not last (on me). Finding myself reapplying throughout the day. Probably won’t buy again.

Really good quality smell and lasts for a long time the goat fragrance is spot on . Great value for money 💰 👌

I don't typically leave product reviews, but I felt like someone should be honest about this product. My Insta feed had been bombarded with Bella Vita Luxe for a few days. I hardly EVER fall for the bombardment of things or influencer ads, but now and then I get curious. I ordered this after reading a lot of positive reviews and not too many negative or bad ones. I got the men's and unisex boxes. THEY BOTH SMELL HORRIBLE!!!!!! There was ONE that smelled good AT FIRST - Honey -, which influencers were really "selling" BUT once it settled, it had a strong urine-ish smell. They are ALL strong, some powdery, and, to me, each smelled HORRIBLE! All of them. Not just one! EACH AND EVERY ONE WAS BAD! It took a few handwashings to get the smell off me. I tossed these. I won't even gift them. I wouldn't do that to someone I know or even to a complete stranger. Lesson learned about the influence of social media ads and the influencers who are paid to pretend to like a product. I typically wear Prada, Burberry, FlowerBomb, and my signature scent is La Vie Est Belle. Stick to what works for you, and if you can't try it in person FIRST, do not buy it!

Advert is incredibly disgusting, promotes adultery/cheating ‘I would actually cheat on my man’ the brand is wicked for even posting it.

I honestly can’t believe all the good reviews. It’s cheap & nasty smells awful like something from Poundland. Smell lasted all of 30 mins. Don’t waste your money

Where do I start, like most I had seen the posts all over Facebook, I was very sceptical as the price seemed very good with a decent hype about the scents. So I thought let's give them a go, so I ordered the CEO and GOAT and the female sample box for my partner , delivery was very quick and all I can say is that I am very impressed with the scent the price and the delivery. I have had these for about a week now and I have had multiple comments on how nice the smell is and it lasts a very decent amount of time. I will be ordering more as myself and my partner are very happy

I saw Bellavita luxury CEO advertised on Temu and bought a bottle to try I received it and it smells great. Im looking forward to using it more often and so far it seems like great value for money.

Unfortunately the two colognes I purchased do not linger on my skin at all. The CEO hardly smells of anything. The G.O.A.T. is slightly better but no more so than bargain basement sprays from discount shops.

Beautiful scent and great for layering!

My favourite is honey oud, it’s light, sweet and fresh and I get so many compliments when I wear it. I layer with Date Woman and it just works so well. The only thing I would say is a small downside is that the scent fades after a couple of hours but for the price I definitely could overlook that and reapply! I will definitely be buying more in the future!
