I placed an order on 3rd June and it still hasn't arrived!!!! Definatey don't recommend.

Goods arrived after several weeks - from China. Very poor quality. Trying to return them but unable to contact them as they do not respond to emails and cannot find a telephone number. Do not use.

I ordered a “Brooke” orthopaedic sandals due to medical reasons. The product quality is so POOR that I would pay no more than £5.00 for it. I paid £30.00 “sale price “. I had researched the company even in company house website before ordering. I can not believe that I have been so mislead and I can’t have any redress. I am baffled that I was not able to see the reviews before placing order.

I placed an order on April 30, 2026, for the Stylist Beige Orthopedic Heel Sling Back shoes in size 10 US/ 41EU.

The package was received on May 15, 2026, in a plastic envelope without a packing slip, and the shoes received were the wrong size and do not fit, in addition to being of poor quality. I provided photos of the items received as directed on the website and requested refund instructions. I sent two emails (May 15th & May 18th) however, I have not yet received a response.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. This place is a scam and I would give them ZERO stars if I could.
Their website tries to make it seem like they are a normal online boutique in the United States with a warehouse in China, but nowhere do they clearly state that your items are actually coming from China. That matters because their shipping times are completely misleading.
The website says: 1–3 business days processing 7–10 business days shipping
That is COMPLETE BS.
I placed my order on April 30th. A shipping label was created on May 1st, and then my package sat in “logistics” from May 2nd until May 12th with absolutely no movement at all. The SECOND I emailed them asking where my package was, suddenly tracking started moving. That alone told me everything I needed to know.
Then I started researching this company and found tons of reviews from other people saying the SAME THING:
orders never arriving
packages taking over 45 days
horrible quality
returns being rejected by customs
people unable to get refunds
Another red flag is that the store name is almost identical to other boutiques and businesses, including stores in California, which makes it hard to even properly research them because other businesses come up in searches. That feels intentional.
This place is not trustworthy. I absolutely regret ordering from them and I will NEVER order from another random Shopify store again after this experience.
Consider this your warning: STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

I placed an order for 3 dresses and attempted to cancel the order later that day. Two days later I was informed that it was too late and I would have to return the items. I filed a chargeback claim with my credit card.Nowhere on the website was there any information about cancellation or returns. Drop ship from China. 3 weeks later 2 of 3 items were delivered.They had no resemblance to what was shown on the website. The quality is terrible, screen printing on cheap unfinished fabric. I am attempting to return but so far no response from the company. Don’t be scammed. This is straight up fraud.

Browsing at 3 AM felt peaceful. The dark mode option worked perfectly and the search bar actually understood my typos while I was half-asleep. Regarding the quality and reputation the rating shows something else, but I got lucky and got my desired product on time.

I believe this is a scam company and everyone should avoid them… my order was not fulfilled and still no update, I filed a case on PayPal and they messaged me asking me to close the case and they will refund to my bank account and asked for my bank details 😳

Quality of the material is NOT as advertised and is nothing but CHEAP looking, especially for the price I paid! Total RIP OFF!! I read a review on here that they might as well bought from Temu for a fraction of the price, I fully agree. Tracking for delivery does not work so just hope and wait you get it. No phone number but just an unreliable email for contact. I should’ve read the reviews before I purchased from here.

Absolute scam. Not as described or like picture on site - cheap and poor quality from China. Returned at great cost only for them to not collect/refuse at customs and returned to me. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Placed a order back in January for a mascara. They told me due to valentines the order will be delayed we are now in March.
I will never order from them again 😡

Not an English company. Took over 2 weeks to be delivered. Looks nothing like the photo . No hood . Dull colours , shocking material. I wouldn't pay a fiver for this cardigan off Donny market . Really disappointed and feel conned . Seriously consider before you buy from this company. I would give zero or minus stars if I could .

Fake product pictures, stuff that actually arrives is bad quality and clearly from aliexpress. They steal other brands pictures to make the product look good quality. Horrible shitty company that no one should ever shop at

Amazing staff from trying the dresses on,to fitting, lovely experience. Worth every penny. Staff are warm and welcoming and very patient and helpful. You feel special all the way through.

Now I love to buy independent but the dress I ordered was just terrible quality and fit. When I emailed the company to tell them so I was met with a snotty reply that they had sold hundreds … implying that I was unhappy for no reason! Well you’ll have to take their word for it as you cannot leave a review and believe me I’ve tried. £4.99 for postage of an inferior item and then YOU have to pay to send their rubbish back?!! Avoid.

From China. Long time to receive merchandise. Cannot return stuff. Quality is hit and miss. Of the 5 items I ordered only liked 2

I am happy that this boutique has items for men too. I bought a boxer shorts but I received the wrong size. They sent me a quick replacement.

You can buy all of their clothes on aliexpress for 3 dollar. So go there instead. I think they import it from there as well, thats why its a max 45 day delivery.
