I ordered 2 Igora vibrance pastel toners & when I arrived to collect my order, I was warmly welcomed by a team member who is also a senior stylist, he kindly advised me on how to fill my hair & recommended a better shade for my needs. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted. Bellezza’s prices are incredible & it you buy a lot of toner, you’ll save a lot of money. Every online store charges $25-$27 each, Bellezza’s price is $16.95! That’s like cost price. They have the new Igora vibrance pastel range. I appreciate great customer service, my online order was ready in 5 days. I should’ve just purchased in person. I recommend visiting their Richmond store, the range is impressive, i was like a kid in a candy shop!!

Geen aankoop doen !!!

Zeer slechte site. Doe aub hier geen aankoop. De beloftes die ze maken met garantie retourneren etc. Komen ze niet na. En alles komt uit China AliExpress of temu vandaan.

Poor quality shoes

Just received a pair of shoes ordered from Belezza, they say orthopaedic shoes, not true, they are very thin soles , the upper are also thin material and do definitely not give upper ankle support which I would have expected with a high ankle shoe.
This is a classic case of you pay in advance, wait to see what’s going to turn up and are often disappointed in the quality!
I suspect these are manufactured in China, and shipped from there as they don’t turn up to fast!
The website gives the impression that it’s uk based. I don’t think so.
My advice! Don’t bother!

Very slow to post products

Very slow to post products.
Inefficient compared to other companies that ship the next day.
Wouldn’t recommend - plenty of competitor sites that are more efficient and reliable.

NO RESPONSE… from 4 emails requesting a…

NO RESPONSE… from 4 emails requesting a Return.
Shoes arrived… a poor relation to the advertised photo… but to the eye and toes NOT the size 5 ordered. No size stamped on the shoe … crafty. I sent a photo of a standard 5 and their shoe for proof. Nothing. I have now seen, numerous others with similar experiences. This is a loss to me of nearly £60! It appears this is how they ‘trade’.

Zero Stars!!

I would prefer not to even give them a star. Shoes are very stiff, there is no real interior cushion. They have a very strong chemical smell. The laces weren't even laced up, which is no real big deal for me - but that is also a first for me that I would have to lace up shoes purchase online. the heal is bent on the back of one shoe and I had to vigorously push it back into place.
They just look really cheap and not cute like the ones advertised. Their return policy is clearly and possibly intentionally not customer friendly - as they may know that products are subpar.

DO NOT BUY (SUPER RUDE AND UNHELPFUL)

Stupid company. Wouldn't ship out my order since i cancelled once cause the price was high and found another deal on the site that was worth it. Then he says i’m suspicious and also did another order using my card rather then paypal then the boss also rejected my order. Cant even manual check it since he keeps saying i’m suspicious and how stupid can you be if i’m using my card and my adress which is all correct. And he says my adress is in NSW and not in WA. Rob dude which is the boss is stupid enough to not look up the full adress rather than a part of it. Never buy from this seller also super rude and cant do nothing about it.

Avoid at all costs

I placed an order in November and have still not received my order. I have tried to contact this company via their website and by email numerous times but I’ve just been ignored.
Don’t use this company unless you like giving money away for nothing.

‘cashmere’ sweater not as advertised

Ordered an XL cashmere sweater, received a (at best) L sized garment, no care label, clearly not cashmere (more like viscose+Lycra. No return label, or it would have gone straight back!!

I ordered schwarzkopf blondeme bleach and when I had applied it the damage was already done as the product was faulty/expired and caused a huge chemical burn that left my mum red and itchy.

Avoid purchasing from this company

Brought a product for $112, was advised that it would be delivered today. So I waited at home so I didn't miss it. I received a text from my shop app advising the courier failed to deliver it because no one is home. There were two people home, no tv on no radio on so I could hear the front door. Once I received the notification ran to the front door to see the truck idling for a few minutes then drove off. I immediately contact the supplier who was rude and aggressive informing me is ts not her problem and I have to chase up the fright company. I as a customer have no control over who the the supplier closes to freight there products, so she should chase them up and reschedule them to drop it off. She absolutely refused i the asked for a refund but she became even more rude and said she will refund me for the product only I have to pay courier fees. I advise her that I will be calling the ACCC she go ahead she didn't care. I hung up. Please please avoid this company I will never use them again. I should have read the reviews before placing my order online but I have used them and had no issue.
