I bought a coat online. Paid for it with my card. Received no emails acknowledging the order, but the appears on my online account so I though, no biggie. A few days pass, no correspondence and the order was still listed as "unfulfilled" so I send a message through their site, asking for an update. No response. So, later I send an email telling I suspect fraud. Still no response. It's almost a month later now and there's still no response. They've taken my money and refused to render a service. Beware.

TRAGIC SERVICE

EVERY TIME I ORDER SOMETHING, THEY REFUND ME BEFORE IT ACTUALLY ARRIVES! BELLFIELD, DO YOU HAVE THE ITEM OR NOT? IS THE WHOLE OF THEPOT DEPARTMENT ON HOLIDAY? YOU DO KNOW THAT THE OBJECT IS TO ACTUALLY SELL CLOTHES, DON'T YOU? MY MONEY AND I SAY GOODBYE FOREVER. I REFUND MY INTEREST IN YOUR JOKE OF A COMPANY. PLEASE WAIT FOR THE PAYPAL NOTIFICATION

Horrible! No compréis.Hice un pedido hace 25 días.No he recibido ningún tipo de seguimiento ni noticias de mi pedido.Les he escrito por todos lados incluso llamado y no responden.La verdad por muy bonita que sea la ropa el envío deja mucho que desear.Y sinceramente prefiero comprar en otras tiendas dónde no ponen tantas complicaciones.

Ordered some trousers in size 32. normally a good fit, but on this occasion Bellfield's version of 32 is tiny.

Sent the trousers back to swap for a larger size. It has been a month, I have emailed them, no response, I have called them, no answer. They have my money, I have nothing in return. They clearly don't take any pride in their work. Save yourself the hassle of awful customer service and shop elsewhere.

Bought a jacket off them several weeks ago. After a week they sent a email saying they have not been able to dispatch with no reason why. Have sent several emails asking for refund with no reply. This company is a total SCAM!!!!!

Returned a shirt a month ago, still no refund. I've left several emails, Insta DMs, ringing on phone -- no response. Beware! Terrible experience. Looks like the company's gone under and now just scamming people into buying the remaining stock. Also website claims free delivery above £20 but you get charged anyway, and says Royal Mail 48 but it's actually Evri. Full of lies!

Ordered a shirt that I never received. This was 8 days ago. Rang 3 times no answer. Left 3 voicemails no answer. Sent 5 emails. No answer. The level of service is shocking. It shouldn’t take a week minimum to reply. What’s going on? Thus isn’t how to run a business

After checking all the size guides, I ordered a coat in the sale (50%) off and although it arrived ok, it was a bit too big and the quality wasn't great. I was going to swap for a smaller size but it had gone up again to the full price and couldn't get anyone to respond in customer services via phone or email so, assuming they want me to pay the full price for another one that'll probably be too small, I decided to keep it for the sake of 30 quid. So then I thought I'd order a different coat in a smaller size and a pair of shoes (again at the sale price), neither of which fitted (miles too small and quality awful) so the size guides are pretty useless anyway. I then sent the last 2 items back by registered post for a refund but still waiting for an acknowledgement from them 3 weeks later! Won't bother with this lot again!

Still waiting on my order- even though I paid extra for expedited, next-day shipping. Already too late to gift my husband for his birthday. I know there are current issues with Royal Mail, but I have contacted customer service via email and the form on their website numerous times and have received zero response. The phone number listed also goes unanswered (during the working hours listed on site). I haven’t even see the coat, and I’m already extremely disappointed and would hesitate to place another online order.

Placed and order and emailed for tracking and was sent a link to an image of the parcel left in and open fire escape that leads onto a public car park, no attempt to deliver to any of the flats at the premises.

Emailed what they call customer services and was told RM tracking showed the driver was at the property so nothing they could do, I never disputed the driver was at the property, my issue was that he simply left the parcel in a fire escape at the entrance to the car park rather than walking to the manned entrance and leaving with reception or buzzing my flat.

price good but service lacking. Got sent an email saying items were free delivery. Bought something and they charged me £1.99. They did not reply to me when I complained by email. I phoned up and customer service said it would be noted. I complained to as a who said it was illegal advertising. They then sent me another email again falsely claiming free delivery. It even says on website free delivery as the below details. No one has contacted me to give me a refund of the £1.99. Very disappointed.

bought padded shirt. good fit, price and material. could be a bit more padded and slightly better buttons but then would be more expensive. received within a good time.

initially good service, bought lots of stuff, bought a jacket as a gift, sadly it did not fit, so organized an exchange. sent item back and was refunded. I contacted them as I still wanted the jacket, apparently the size I needed was out of stock. I had checked the website and the size was there. the price of the jacket had gone up! - I think they were expecting me to re purchase!!!

Item not sent after four weeks. Bellfield offered a refund and said it was now out of stock, even though its still for sale on the website.

I used a £5 discount code on a £5 item and for some reason my order was flagged up on their system as 'potentially fraudulent', when ive never had that in my years of online orders. As a result, the order was canceled and my code had been used up. I requested to get my code back but they said they could not, which does not make sense. Ever since, the item I wanted to get has gone back up in price. They never got back to my email and will not be buying with them again.
