They failed to process my order

They failed to process my order #BW112771. I live in Dubai. They simply refuse to acknowledge it. More than 75 days have passed, and I've received no refunds.

Do not order anything from the company.

Delivery is unacceptable

About 10 days ago I ordered the balmain x psg black top and 3 days later I got a email asking for my delivery details. I sent them the email and they replied saying that my package had been dispatched to Royal Mail. 7 days go by and I try to track my packeage and I find out that it hasn’t been picked up by Royal Mail. So I don’t know whether they are telling the truth. I have also emailed them twice in 2 days and have not gotten a reply. Overall I am really disappointed and hope to get my package or I will make sure I get a refund.

Beware of this fraudulent site

Beware of this fraudulent site. I ordered a Barshula shirt and it took 10 days and I was not sent a shipment tracking number. I sent them via email. My message was ignored and I was not answered. Then, after several attempts, he told me that we want you to confirm your address. I sent them my address and complete 3 days and you have something to arrive. To this day, I send them and they ignore my messages that they are scammers. Please all those who watch my review take care of this fraudulent site and all positive reviews are paid and not real.

Very Disappointing Experience – Received the Wrong and Poor-Quality Product

I recently placed an order with Belior World for a PSG x Balmain jersey in chrome (Order #BW112356). Initially, the item was listed as sold out, but after reaching out via email, I was informed that there was suddenly one left in stock. However, when the jersey arrived, it was not the chrome version I ordered but a regular white one instead.

To make matters worse, the quality of the jersey is far below acceptable standards. The stitching is poor, and in several places, the seams are already coming undone. It feels like they knew they were shipping the wrong item but proceeded anyway just to complete the sale.

I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience—receiving the wrong product, the suspicious restocking of a supposedly sold-out item, and the poor craftsmanship. I would not recommend Belior World to anyone looking for reliable service or quality products.

I’ve previously purchased two Balmain Chrome shirts at Beloir World which I received and it was all there like what I have ordered. But I placed a new order shortly after - firstly because I wanted a bigger size for myself (XL is quite tight if you’re muscular built), so I ordered two new shirts in XXL + XL for me and my wife, but also because the Chrome print comes off a bit when you wash the shirts even if you follow the washing guide… so avoid washing the shirts if possible.

I placed the order on 8/4 and received it about 10 days later in Denmark which was cool, but when I opened the package I got dissapointed. Instead of two Barcelona x Balmain Chrome shirts I received one Barcelona and one PSG shirt. I quickly wrote them an e-mail on 18/4 and explained the issue and attached a photo of it like it is stated in their refund policy and at that time a reply time of 5 hours was stated on their website (it has been removed since). I didn’t receive a reply, so I wrote them a DM on insta the day after.
I FINALLY got a reply 5 days after on IG (no reply on mail) that if I could send them an image of my order via mail and they would look into it straight away. I responded asap with screenshots of my e-mail and told them to check their inbox from the 18th of April. They responded quickly and told me sorry and that the team would get back to me today (24/4) as they have made a note that this was urgent. I never heard from them again. I texted them once more on IG the 1 of May, but got no reply. I then also wrote them an e-mail on the 4/5, but got no reply. Finally I have dm’ed them once more today, but surprise…. No reply.

I really hope that if you order from them that they get your order right because then there are no problems. Just be aware of the washing the shirts like mentioned before. I understand that human errors occure and that somebody packed the wrong shirt to me, but it is beneath criticism that they do not reply on e-mail and they do not follow their own refund policy to fix the issue here. It seems easy just to send me the right shirt after I reached out to them, but instead I got ignored. I have therefore opened up a dispute through my bank so I can get my money back.

With this I hope every one of you will think twice before buying from here because their customer service is non-existent.

Fast delivery

Fast delivery, haven’t had the best experience with Royal Mail but all my Beloir orders with them get delivered next day. All my 5 aside team rocking the psg chrome.
