Compagnie is not trustworthy!
Company is not trustworthy be careful when buying.
I bought one if they reflex cobra bags almost a year ago. After about 3 months of usage the metallic bar snapped during usage, and got thrown across the room, damaging the floor. I contacted support asking for a refund due to safety concerns but was told only a replacement would be possible. I was not satisfied with this, since Belgian law states that if a product poses a risks or safety concerns, you are eligible to a refund. So, I contacted a consumer protection agency who informed me that based on my situation a refund was a fair request. So they exchanged emails with the company but the company was of bad faith and did not work with us. Eventually I emailed the company, after seeing that a conclusion would not arise, and stated that I accepted the remplacement to which they, to this day, have not responded, they also ignored messages from the consumer protection agency. I was also forwarded, by the agency, a mail from the company threatening me that if I didn’t comply and accept their refund within the following 5 days they would close my case, which is a clear violation of EU legislation as I am entitled to a 2 year warranty on defective product, and this mail was sent after about 5 months of the purchase.
Furthermore, I tried writing two reviews on the companies website, but each time my review was removed. I wrote these reviews to warn other consumers considering buying their products..
Please be careful when considering purchasing from this company.
In summary: I bought a reflex cobra bag from this company, it broke and snapped in half, to which I asked for a refund since I did not feel comfortable using a bag that could cause harm to me or my environment. The company refused and offered a replacement. I tried writing reviews on their website but each time they got deleted. I then decided to contacted a consumer protection agency, reached no conclusion, so accepted the replacement. But the company stopped responding to all attempted mails.
