Scammer who took my beautiful lamp and then disappeared. TrustPilot please investigate.

Ben Baker has rewired and added a new shade accessory to an old lamp base. I am thrilled with his work. It has breathed new life into an old lamp. Ben was so helpful and his experience was valuable in our discussions as to what was suitable work to undertake

Excellent service my old glass lamp was restored back to new
Would highly recommend

Ben is brilliant, took a an old family lamp from the states, repaired it and rewired it. Beautifully and it looks way better than originally (cleaned and shined it was well). What a pleasure to work with.

When I reached out to Ben with a broken lampshade, he promptly and generously advised me on how to fix it myself, without any benefit to him! I will absolutely be returning to him with future work.

Excellent service. Mended three mid century lamps. Efficient, communicative, incredibly well priced service. A real enthusiast. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Ben has done an excellent job at turning a 1960's lamp base into a working lamp ... I am totally delighted with the end result. Thank you Ben, and I shan't hesitate to come straight back to you with any further lighting projects.

A pleasure dealing with Ben. His work ethic, knowledge and attention to detail is excellent. I am really impressed with the quality of his work and how smooth the process was. His pricing is also extremely competitive - well worth every penny spent. Thank you so much.

We've just had our lamp repaired by @Ben, of @Ben Baker Design, and he did such a good job. He turned it round in 24 hours, for an incredibly reasonable price. With a tonne of experience in lighting, he does everything from vintage lamps to simple stuff. Highly recommend! 🙌🏽

Excellent service from Ben. Have used his lamp repair services twice in the last few months for 3 lamps, latest being today. Easy, helpful, knowledgeable and well priced repairs.
Can’t recommend highly enough- thank you!

Once again a brilliant service from Ben. He is offering a service that quite frankly I do not know who else I could turn to for lamp repairs

Ben is beyond professional and super friendly. He did the most amazing job fixing my prize Jonathan Adler lamp. I would employ his services in a heartbeat. And I’m a true believer in spending locally, so I was so happy to find him in Clapham.

Ben was a pleasure to deal with, and my lamps were returned within days all in good working order.

Ben was friendly, professional and accommodating. He was able to examine my 25-year-old lamp a few hours after I contacted him, got it working within 5 minutes, then was reluctant to charge me for his time. I'll happily recommend him to others and return in future if I need other lamps repaired.

Could not speak highly enough of Ben. He lovingly restored a prized possession of mine quickly and at a very fair price. Full of insight and great service all around - 10/10

Great service, very happy, highly recommended.

I would happily reccomend this company to friends and family. Ben was very helpful and professional and managed to fix a lamp which had been broken for over a year. The cost was very close to the original quote and only took him a couple of days.

I am absolutely delighted with my two table lamps that were in need of repair. Ben has done fantastic work. Thank you ever so much. Deirdre.

Fast efficient superb service. Recommend wholeheartedly.
