Don't buy anything from this place, they have no idea what they are selling and ripping people off selling packages that don't work together. Very unhappy with my experience buying from these people.

My Super73 RX-G brings pure and simple enjoyment
I recently bought a Super73 RX-G from Ben Buckler Boards and must say that I am extremely amazed with the quality of the product. It looks very solid and robust.
Leading up to the delivery of the product, Ben did an amazing job by putting up some very valuable YouTube videos on how to unbox the bike including setting up the handle bars, pedals, throttle and other accessories. The videos also including some very important tips regarding safety, handling of the bike and some legislation involved. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the information they provide in these videos.
The day I received the my Super73, it took me no time in setting up the bike, thanks to the videos that Ben put together. So, please watch those videos carefully first before you start putting your bike together. You cannot go wrong.
Also, Ben Buckler Boards has always kept me informed via email regarding any upcoming firmware updates that were required for my bike and they still do.
My overall experience with Ben Buckler Boards has been excellent and I definitely recommend that company.

Strange design?
Strange design with the zip only going halfway round makes it a challenge to slide my board in and out, which is quite heavy. Also zip is on the top side of the board, so you have to have the fin on the ground to be able to zip up. Unsure if I’m doing something wrong, but doesn’t seem very functional

Hi Robyn, that's how all surfboard bags work :) If you are worried about your fin getting damaged, just place the whole board on grass or sand. We suspect you're doing something very wrong because we love the bags. I'll have to make a video to show you how to use it properly. Speak soon!
Staff at the wearhouse store were nice…
Staff at the wearhouse store were nice and helpful, making sure the board was updated and ready to ride before I left. Their Marrickville Wearhouse was a little hard to find tho.

Peace of mind knowing you will be taking care of
I’m a new customer to Ben Buchler boards every time I have had some kind of question or request to assist me with helping me work my electric skateboard or stand up paddle board they went well out of the way to help. Every staff member was all informed and capable which made my life very easy. I highly recommend anyone getting what they need here. You will always be looked after as I have been. It’s a good piece of mind to have knowing you’ll be taken care of when needed. Thank you to all staff at bens boards.
