I have ordered two items in recent weeks, one being a Charles Taylor swing seat which was delivered by Charles Taylor on-time and the product was as expected in terms of quality.
My second item again a Charles Taylor product which was a picnic table was ordered a few weeks later. unfortunately this did not go as planned where the issues were clearly on Charles Taylor side not Bench Store.
You can judge a retailer based on their response to the issue and the relevant actions they take to resolve. Bench Store clearly value their customers and reputation. The response was lightening fast and a fix to the issue was offered which I accepted.
I have further garden furniture items to order and will 100% stay loyal to Bench Store.

Ordered a three seater bench for outside my bay window, I was kept upto date with an expected delivery day which was a week later.
I later also ordered a cover which came within the week!
Fantastic service. Will be recommending to everyone.

Ordered a twin seat angled bench and they gladly took payment. 2 weeks later nothing, no updates, no reply’s no information on what’s happening. The next option is to call consumer services and claim back through credit card. Non existent customer services.

An absolute joke of a company with no understanding of customer service. I purchased a table and chairs from Bench Store, but they somehow managed to deliver the wrong table not once, but twice. It took three separate delivery attempts before they finally got it right. We ordered our furniture on the 1st June and the correct set arrived on the 21st August!

Throughout this frustrating experience, their customer service was virtually non-existent—slow to respond, unhelpful, and completely lacking accountability.

I strongly advise you not to make the same mistake I did. Spend your money with a retailer that values its customers and knows how to deliver the correct product the first time.

I was worried buying from this company. No reviews on TrustPilot and the item I wanted was £50 cheaper than anywhere else. As they accepted PayPal I decided it was worth the risk as I could get the money back.
I am so happy I did. The company notified me when my item was dispatched, it arrived the next day through DHL in perfect condition. The bean bag seat I ordered is so comfortable I fall asleep in it.
