I wanted a watch that felt practical but still elegant and this one ticks most boxes. The strap is comfortable and doesn’t irritate my skin which happens with some brands. The dial is clear and easy to read even in low light. It feels reliable, like something you can just put on and forget about. very happy so far 😊

What an absolute disgrace, I ordered two watches. They took an age to arrive then were unfortunately stolen as the courier left them in plain sight by my front door on a main road. I emailed “Benedicts watches” and they said all the right things said they would resend and would make sure this time they weren’t just left on the main road…..weeks later they never arrived, contacted them to ask what was happening, turns out they were left again in the road and stolen. They requested a third attempt I asked for a refund from then onwards…just a generic response. Contact the courier and request proof! “Of what exactly?” Suddenly it’s my problem. Absolute incompetence. Avoid you’ve been warned.

Its dropshipping. I baught it for my fiance in early September, barely lasted the end of the month before the strap broke, the dials on the watch dont even work.
You can buy better quality watches from the high street.

Benedictswatches.com is an overseas business with a stunning website. The products do not match the photos or description. Do not be fooled. I spent £50 on a watch for a gift. It has no weight to it. It’s plastic with what can only be described as a cardboard strap. Literally been robbed!!! My complaints have been responded to with what feels like AI. I was offered a 10% refund or another item to the value of €10!! If I want a full refund, I’m to pay for special delivery myself. What’s the guarantee I’d ever hear back from them or receive my money back!?!?

There's no such person as Benedict. It's an scam like Henry's Watches. Everything is AI design, AI response. There is no legitimate business premises. It's all ALI Express (or similar) Chinese crap. You can buy these watches for a couple of dollars.
It's a scam. They have already been reported and will be investigated for fraud.
