Cant give them zero stars. They are a pain in the ass they call 3-4 times a day..!
Dont want there service dont want anything from them just to leave me alone but they wont.!

They will sell your info to other companies
Company will send you a "PRE APPROVAL" letter stating that you have been approved for a loan. Then after you fill out their information via call center they called me back saying that I had no loan available and they couldn't help. The same day you will start receiving unsolicited calls from other companies trying to give you their "Pre Approval". I have a suspicion that this company does not make profits making loans, but rather selling your information to countless spam companies that will bombard you with unwanted and unsolicited calls and bother you. Save your time and if you are looking for a loan, go to a reputable bank and get one.

How did my information get out
Applied for a loan due to multiple physical mail invites. Once I went to the website and clicked submit, I had offers from other companies within 5 minutes. As promised I had a call back two days later but they could not explain how these other offers where appearing with the same loan information that they had been provided. Definitely looks like something unhealthy

Letter said could apply online but couldn't
Letter said could apply online, but as soon as you put in code online it requires you to call them. Customer service seemed to have no idea what the company was or what I was saying...probably a call center that handles various companies. Also probably located in another country because connection kept going bad and we could not hear each other. Perhaps the raving reviews are from employees.

The rates from Beneficial were great…
The rates from Beneficial were great and it was very easy to obtain a personal loan. I did everything online and then I received my funds on that same week that I applied. It was very fast. Then they followed up absolutely quick via email. So far, I'm happy with the service. I had an excellent and stress-free experience and I would recommend it to other people in need of a quick personal loan.
