Bought N95 mask from Benessence in June2020, out of ten masks ordered, one mask seal was broken. However, the product was delivered on time. The company apologised and refunded my money.

Just the job
Was a little disappointed that the label said “more than 60% alcohol” when we are all looking for 70%. Went on to the website and it describes the product as being 71.2% alcohol. So why not say so on the label.
The product is very good however and rubs in very easily with no stickiness

Latest update, issue has now been resolved in a very courteous manner following the publication of the initial review. Thank you, it’s a pity that it took so long but the review rating has now been amended to reflect the overall experience.
