Ben was incredibly helpful and attentive from first to last. I needed units for my office so my order was relatively small however, I was treated like a valued customer and for that I am very appreciative.
The finished project looks great and I will certainly use again.

Really great service and a quality product

I would like to share my experience having chosen Benjamin James Kitchens...they were SUPERB. Service and quality was second to none and also five stars for patience... my measuring wasn’t always up to scratch. I would highly recommend them and would be happy to business with them again.

Benjamin James provided us with a full kitchen in Handless Light Grey which we installed ourselves. The kitchen looks fantastic and is of a very high standard. The quality of the units and doors is first class and we will definitely buy again if needed. I planned the kitchen design myself and made a few mistakes - Ben flagged these and suggested options for us.

The customer service level with this company is extremely high which made the whole experience of purchasing so much more easy. Ben was always available to answer my questions on email or phone - usually within an hour. This makes all the difference when you need help on the finer details of the install.

I will certainly use them again and cannot recommend them enough!! I wish there were companies like this for all aspects of home improvement! 10/10 for us!

Ben of Benjamin James helped us out when our original supplier provided doors that were not to our liking. They were shaker top of the line wooden doors but the painted aspect left a lot to be desired. To the rescue came Ben with a couple of doors, one of which matched what we were originally trying to do. They were painted well and the quality exceeded the originals at a lower price! What a find wish we have known about them before, They will certainly be out first contact for the next kitchen!. Ben was excellent always helpful and very reponsive - Great company and great products

Quick, efficient and extremely helpful including proactive contact from Ben to help identify the best way to provide the new oven housing we needed. The only reason I’d reduce the score to 4 rather than 5 was the lack of instructions for the ‘bespoke’ unit. I managed to assemble it just fine but not sure everyone would have coped?! Overall excellent though - very impressed with the quality of manufacture, service and delivery

Kitchen 8 years old, one door was heavily damaged. Benjamin matched and made a replacement door.

Excellent advice to ensure you get the perfect solution for a new kitchen. Everything is manufactured to a high standard with quality fittings. The doors and panels are extremely well packaged to prevent damage during transit and unloading.

Ben was a pleasure to deal with. We purchased the utility and kitchen units to match from samples sent. Nothing was too much trouble even when I sent a home made drawing of what I wanted. We double checked the sizes and let Ben check it for us. Ben even delivered the kitchen to us on the date and time agreed. The quality is second to none and excellent value for money. I work for a Bespoke Homes Builder and never dreamed I would have such a beautiful, well made kitchen as I have had from Benjamin James. I had Dakar Grey Shaker Doors with Mali Wenge Worktops and it’s a beautiful combination that has so many compliments. My husband has installed the utility so far and has just started on the kitchen. All the units arrived made up so it has been effortless to install.

Tried everywhere to find replacement cornice for our fitted wardrobes and in desperation tried eBay and found Benjamin James. Placed the order and was expecting to wait for a couple of weeks for delivery. The delivery was within one week of placing the order and we are very pleased with the quality of the cornice. The items were very well packaged for transit.
