We have been having Ben Vincent service our boiler and at one time replace our boiler and tank for many years . We have friends and relatives who also use Ben, he is someone you can always trust to do a good job and very reliable.

Ben put in a new heating system 2 yrs ago and has carried out yearly services aswell as other jobs.

Ben came to review an issue with our shower. Although it turned into an insurance job, he gave great advice and was really helpful in the process. We’ve also used him before for changing taps etc. and he always does a fabulous job.

I have used Ben services in the past and have never been disappointed, A few days ago he carried out two jobs for me - changing my kitchen taps and replacing my close coupled toilet seat As alway he responded promptly to my email and we agreed an appointment. He was polite and friendly, carried out the work and left everything clean and tidy. The cost was very reasonable. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Ben has been my boiler man for the last few years and I’ve had no issues at all.
