Great service
Great service through out, from that initial interest conversation to all the after care after the procedure. They all made me feel very comfortable. The Added bonus of a pizza express at lunch time too was a welcome break.
The surgery was very clinically clean

I had my transplant two weeks ago (2600 grafts) and the whole experience was fantastic.
Sean guided me through what to expect allowing me to ask questions and fully understand the procedure and aftercare.
On the day I was nervous but Dr Dayah and his team were amazing. Very little discomfort (zero pain) and the day went smoothly. I had no need to be apprehensive.
The careful monitoring and aftercare again by Sean was extremely professional.
Two weeks on I’m fully recovered and can’t wait to see the end result.
If you’re thinking of having hair transplant I couldn’t recommend Berkeley hair clinic enough.

it’s been a life-changing experience.
I cannot thank Berkeley Hair Clinic enough for the care and professionalism they’ve shown me. I was extremely nervous before my transplant, but the team immediately put me at ease. For the last 10 years, I’ve struggled in silence with hair loss. It might sound trivial to some, but for me, it affected everything, my selfconfidence, my mood, even how I interacted with people. I avoided photos, dodged social events, and found myself obsessing over my hair and what people thought of it. It was exhausting emotionally and mentally. I’d spent years researching solutions, scrolling through endless befor and after photos, watching videos, and reading reviews. But I always hesitated.
Then I found Berkeley Hair Clinic. From the moment I walked in to their beautiful premise in Derby. I met Caj first, he was warm, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy at all, he just listened. Within minutes, I felt like I was in the right place. I opened up about how I’d been feeling, and he just got it.
Then came Dr Dayah, the man behind the magic. Instantly, I felt a sense of trust. He explained everything with such clarity and confidence, but what stood out most was his genuine care. You could tell this wasn’t just a job to him, this was his craft, his passion. After that consultation, I didn’t need to think twice. I knew these were the people I wanted to handle my hair transplant.
The day of the procedure, I was a nervous wreck. But the team of technicians were absolute angels. Every single one of them was so kind, patient, and understanding. 9 Days Post-Op Outstanding Experience So Far
I had my surgery at the Berkeley Hair Clinic just 9 days ago and I’m already so impressed. The service has been far better than I expected. I had a procedure 4 years ago at another wellknown clinic in London, and I can confidently say my experience with Dr Daya and his team was on another level.
Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the day. The aftercare has also been phenomenal. Kaj also deserves a special mention, he's been so patient with me. Highly recommend!
