Customer Service - does makes the difference!

We have an excellent large store in Viseu and, whilst they did not have the particular model of chainsaw I wanted (Husqvarna 550 XP) in stock, I was able to order at a very competitive price on-line. Although initially I was somewhat frustrated as it took nearly 2 weeks to get it I was pleased that I ordered via Bernardinos superb website particularly as I accidently locked the chain brake when fitting the chain! If this happens it is recommended to take it to a dealer to reset. I took my chainsaw back to the store the next day and the very helpful assistant not only reset but fitted my chain as part of service.

This makes all the difference when purchasing items - face to face customer service and immediate help when needed. Highly recommended store. I look forward to additional purchases at Bernardinos.

I Jobsworthy Manageress Wilson Street Shope Kilmarnock…

I purchased a shirt in the Kilmarnock Road shop Shawlands Glasgow during the payment the till crashed so no till receipt was printed.
I explained to the Manageress that I needed a double till receipt as I had problems before with the shop on Wilson Street Glasgow, asi had only taken the bar code receipt the Manageress refused to refund telling me I need to bring this 2nd part in or take back my purchase to Kilmarnock Road.
The Kilmarnock Road staff were horrified saythat not our policy. So she wrote a note explaining the situation the receipt she gave me. Also saying if there was a problem get the shop I was in to phone her.
Today I Sunday the 19th January I took the shirt back to Wilson St to be treated like I was trying to defraud a charity shop bt the same jobs worthy Manageress. She refused to phone Kilmarnock Road saying without a receshe could not issue a refund as not knowing card I had used. I explained that the problem was not my doing and that Kilmarnock Road had marked why on the receipt they had given me.
She was adamant that she was not giving a refund .
I produced the card I had used saying that I this was the card and Kilmarnock Road had explained why there was no card receipt, but she was adamant no refund.
The young Spanish girl then asked if I had an app for the bank that issued my card, this showed a pending transaction for Kilmarnock Road which the Manageress begrudgingly said to issue a refund.
This womN needs a refresher course in customer service in understanding situation is out with their control .
Her stubbornness has made me seriously think about using Barnardos again plus I will be telling all my ex colleagues in retail where I worked for 30 years of her attitude and refusal to bend to help a customer. This is certainly I my opinion bad customer service.
After I left the shop I phoned 2 other shops and was told that the policy was to just scan the bar code and ask the customer to tap their card .
Somebody in Wilson Street needs to go back through the training manual and read their customers service section instead of being jobsworthy .
I have filled out an official complaint Barnardos .

In my opinion give the Wilson St shop a miss if this is how they treat customers under the circumstances where there is a problem that is not their doing.

Bom serviço na venda de máquinas novas. Péssimo serviço pós venda.

Em setembro de 2023, comprei uma roçadora Kawasaki TJ53 EVOLUX na empresa, à qual ainda está dentro do período de garantia. Utilize a máquina por um total de aproximadamente 15 horas sem problemas significativos. No entanto, durante o meu último uso para limpar um terreno ao redor das colmeias, após cerca de 20 minutos de operação, a máquina sobreaqueceu e o motor gripou. Notei também que a máquina permitiu a entrada de abelhas no motor, o que certamente contribuiu para o problema.
Para comparação, possuo outra máquina da marca Active 4.0 há mais de 15 anos, a qual sempre utilizei para o mesmo tipo de trabalho sem qualquer problema semelhante. Além disso, no site da empresa é mencionado que a roçadora Kawasaki possui tecnologia 2.0, com vara reforçada topo de gama para resistir às adversidades do trabalho profissional, o que aumenta ainda mais a minha insatisfação com a falha ocorrida.
Pedi que a empresa fizesse a recolha do motor da máquina para proceder à reparação, confiando que a garantia cobriria os custos associados a este problema. Para minha surpresa e descontentamento, foi-me comunicado que teria de pagar 350 euros para reparar o motor, apesar de este ainda estar na garantia e de não ter sido utilizado de forma inadequada. O preço de um motor novo custa 300 euros.
Gostaria de salientar que este problema de sobreaquecimento e falha do motor parece estar relacionado com um defeito de fabrico ou outro problema coberto pela garantia, e não com o uso indevido ou negligência da minha parte.
Já apresentei queixa no livro de reclamações e espero resolver esta situação o mais breve possível. Obrigado

Nunca entregue. O atendimento ao cliente realmente não faz absolutamente nada. Estou tentando há semanas, inicialmente, receber meus produtos. Quando isso não deu certo, concordamos que eu receberia meu dinheiro de volta. Bernardinos também está tendo dificuldades com isso. Agora terei que envolver um advogado. Absolutamente desaconselhável. Não compre aqui a menos que você queira ficar estressado e perder seu dinheiro.
