The rug itself is fine, but the shipping timeline was very different from what was advertised. Expected a few days, waited nearly three weeks with little proactive communication. Would appreciate more transparency upfront.

I had a very specific vision, a custom size, a mix of colors I couldn't find elsewhere. They nailed it. The weaving is impeccable and it's now the centerpiece of my hallway. If you're thinking about going custom, do it.

Stunning rug, the colors are rich and it feels incredible underfoot. Shipping took a bit longer than expected due to current global circumstances, and there was a small import fee on arrival, but the seller kept me informed the entire time. Would buy again without a second thought.
