Besmashing Avis 

Im waiting a month now for my laptop bag, they barely reply and when they do its a generated same response leading me ti track my order which is in the same status for a month

Only delivered part of my order months ago and is silent when I try to reach out to support via email and Facebook chat. Don't buy with this company.

Don’t get caught. Scam site. My order never arrived. Several emails sent without one response. I’m writing this review so no one else looses money from this dishonest/false company. RUN.

Do not waste your time with this company. Placed an order for a hard case for a laptop. Tried communicating with this company all that I was met with were overseas chat centres controlling messaging them, automated email responses that lead to pages that don't exist and absolutely nobody manning phones only an answering service that nobody responds to. Took disputing the transaction with my bank to get any results.......which was a refund. Just don't do it

Dishonest business. After 11 days, they said that the item I ordered is not in stock, but still appears at their website.

I ordered a laptop sleeve for $69 from Besmashing and they gave us an incorrect tracking code. After a few emails they sent it but it was a DOMISO laptop case (like the ones in the pictures) which can be bought at less than half the price elsewhere online

Dodgy! Purchased a laptop bag waited 2 weeks to be told it was not in stock (even though I can still add it to my cart on the website) so told them to swap it for a different one. Originally they said it was in stock. Another few days go by and apparently that is no longer in stock either. Again, still able to add to cart! Said I would get a refund but a week later and still nothing. Do not buy from them! I ended up getting the exact same bag from Amazon cheaper and arrived next day.

No product sent, they never answer their phone, if you leave a voice message they don’t respond, even sending messenger texts or write to their email no reply is received. They’ve scammed me $49 and I trusted they were an Aust company as their website includes com.au. Don’t use this company. Purchased 5 Dec 2024, they accepted my payment and charged my credit card and still as at 26 Jan 2025 no action to solve this problem by refunding me my money that they are not entitled to have.

Don't buy from this site. Had an order which has not been received. Cannot get onto a real person to discuss any issues, constant AI responses. Don't waste your money and buy from elsewhere after you read reviews. Terrible.
Edit 1/1/25: Had 5 messages from company asking for order number and whether I would accept a different colour as the one I had chosen was not available. Bag has just turned up today after 3 weeks. Would still not recommend this company as had to repeat myself many times for the bag to turn up at all.

Be aware of this company . I have been scammed 300 dollars .
Bought a couple things off here to gift my work mates and never showed up. Emailed the company multiple times and called the number provided no response . Be aware and don’t fall in the trap it did. Read the reviews people play it smart . Learn of dummies like me .

Do NOT buy from this company. Delivered wrong item. Dragged out communication process - always has some sort if excuse for a delay. Promised to refund me for return shipping cost of incorrect item to WA and then didn’t honour the agreement. Totally ignored me when it was time to reimburse me. I am now without a laptop bag after months of back and forth communication and am also an extra $24 out of pocket for the return fee. The laptop bag wasn’t great quality either. Big waste of time. Do not deal with this business.

Scam website, I've been trying to cancel and get a refund for a few days not bur all I'm getting when they do respond is the same automated 'I'll discuss with the team' response to string me along, should have googled them first, red flags all over the place.
