I cannot recommend Richard highly enough. From day one, he has been approachable, knowledgeable, and consistently professional in his dealings.
Richard's greatest strength is his genuine desire to help others. He always goes above and beyond, offering his time and expertise with a selfless attitude that is increasingly hard to find. His integrity, professionalism, and commitment to supporting those around him make him a standout individual.
An all-round great guy and a pleasure to work with. I would happily recommend Richard to anyone seeking trusted advice and first-class service.

We received a great service from Bespoke Recruitment. They really helped our business find the right person to fill the role we were looking for. Highly recommend if anyone is looking to recruit or needing to fill a role through an agency.

A reliable company that makes the whole process so much easier. Thank you for all your help!

Worked with Richard several times over the years... Great guy to work with, strong communication throughout the whole process from start to finish. I'd recommend.

A fantastic agency to work for. They are supportive, professional and I can highly recommend this agency. I applied for a job on a jobsite and Richard from Bespoke rang me as he had found a suitable job. He arranged an interview for me straight away from which I gained employment. Since then Richard as been so helpful giving advice regarding wages, tax or anything I have needed support with. He is always on hand to speak to. My wage slip is sent followed by my wages going into my bank at the end of every week. I cannot fault this company or the professional but friendly way in which they support me.

Had a great experience with Bespokecareersolutions. Richard was extremely helpful and is always on hand to help or assist with any questions.

A fantastic recruitment agency would happily work with them in the future and definitely recommend to check them out if your looking for work.

Excellent company to recruit with. Knowledgeable and professional. Also offer sound advice.

I’ve known Richard and worked with him for over 20 years, and throughout that time he has consistently demonstrated a strong understanding of the recruitment market. He’s commercially focused, professional and delivers a high quality service, with a real understanding of both clients’ requirements and the importance of getting the right fit. He also understands the importance of a positive candidate experience, keeping communication professional and ensuring candidates are well looked after throughout the process. I’d have no hesitation in recommending the agency.
