I came across Bespoke Gas about two years ago when they serviced my stepson’s central heating boiler. He was impressed by the thoroughness of the work they did. I subsequently arranged them to come and carry out the annual service on my boiler last year. This they did and I mentioned to Kurtis the problem that I had with two radiators being very slow to warm up and not getting hot in the long term. He came back and inspected my full system and carried out a balancing exercise. Again I was impressed by his knowledge of the system, he carried out the balancing in an efficient and friendly manner. The system is now significantly more efficient. This year I have just had my annual service carried out. Once again this was caried out in a proficient and friendly manner. I will continue to use Bespoke Gas and it is with confidence that I commend them to other potential customers.

She was able to book me in quickly. To Anthony's visit to diagnose the issue and then to come back and fix the issue. It all happened quickly.

We are regular but private customers of Bespoke Gas who we first met as an agent of Ultraplan who renovated our kitchen three years ago. Since then they have regularly serviced our boiler and cylinder on an annual basis.on Monday I called their administrator Kate with concerns regarding a leak. Despite them being very busy the proprietor, Anthony, came out within two hours and spent a further two hours replacing a combination of valves and associated pipe work and solved the problem. Excellent service and I have never received such excellent attention from any other heating engineers or indeed any other trades. Five star and best in class for Anthony and (the power behind the throne - Kate)

Anthony did a very thorough job on servicing our ageing “back boiler” and fire front he checked all necessary gas things and was very tidy and clean in all aspects of the work,I would recommend Bespoke to anybody to sort you gas appliances out

Anthony was punctual, clean and very thorough. He was aware I had a problem with one radiator not heating and will arrange to remove the rad. and clean out the blockage thus making the heating more efficient. I am very confident using Bespoke Gas LTD and would recommend them.

I am in my seventies and disabled. My boiler sprung a leak and I needed urgent help. Although Bespoke had no available engineers nearby, Kate did everything in her power to help me and kept in touch until I got an appointment from one of her recommendations.
Customer Service is WAY ABOVE THE USUAL STANDARD and KATE is to be highly commended for her extremely caring and kind attitude. For someone who wasn't even a customer, I experienced assistance above and beyond the normal. I can only assume that their actual customers will get an UNRIVALLED SERVICE and are in the safest of hands.

Both himself and his colleague respected our home and took time to put all of our furniture back where it was at the end of every day.
