I have recently received my next plushie and I love it so much!!! This company never ceases to amaze me!!! This is one of the best plushie companies I’ve ever seen in my life!!!

I'm rewriting my review because it was incredibly lengthy so im going to shorten it, I've had my plush for a long time, and it's nearly a year since I order it.

I still adore my plush! The material this company uses is very smooth and soft to the touch, and squishy. I like to take photos of it and send to my friends all the time.

The company excels at adding small details and embroidery, so don't be afraid to add small details like patterns. My only complaint is that they struggle a bit with human/anime-like characters compared to abstract and animal characters. (Mine is a bit too flat, so maybe a 3 sided view design of the plush would work best?)
My plush has bulky arms and too short of a torso, which makes the legs look odd. Along with hair placement and sewing that also looks strange.
With production times, as far as I know, they ship them in bulks, which makes delivery longer than estimated.

If you're buying, don't expect the plush to be on the estimated time, especially during the holidays. (I got mine on around week 14-15?)

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I don’t even believe these 5 star reviews are even from real customers. I also ordered my plush (order #2191) for my autistic son at the beginning of October. It’s all he ask for for Christmas. It was suppose to be here before Christmas. I sent several emails to the company and never got a response until I made a negative review on BBB website. They sent me an email and said they were sending my order next day but they didn’t. They’ve sent 3 emails rescheduling my order. The last email said it was suppose to be here 3 weeks ago and they haven’t sent out anymore emails updating me. They aren’t responding to my emails. I’m seriously thinking about suing this company. My son has literally ask me every single day after Christmas about this plushie. It has been a really mentally straining experience. I hate seeing the disappointment in my son’s face everyday. This company is a complete scam. No matter how legitimate this company may look I assure you it is not. Whatever you do…do yourself a favor and don’t buy anything from them.

Today is february 6, 2024. I placed my order on october 28, 2023 and i still do not have my order. The customer service has assured me several times that my order was going to be made and delivered by christmas. After that, i was told it would be delivered by the first week of january, then the middle of january, then the end of january. Now were already 1 week into february and still nothing. I really wanted this order for a christmas gift for my sister and her daughter, i ordered a matching set of 2 and still have nothing. Customer service only seems to respond when they feel you will cancel the order so they can keep your money. After some complaints to them i told them to give me updates or i would cancel with my credit card company and they didnt respond. A few days later i called my credit card and cancelled and the next day they started emailing me. I agreed to reverse the cancellation if they gave me free shipping which cost me almost $50 alone. They refunded that and i agreed to call my credit card company and cancel the charge back. Now a month later and i still dont have it. I emailed them over and over asking for updates, and no response. Then i tell them i will call my credit card company for again for cancellation and tell them i may get a lawyer involved for mental anguish and theft and the next day they tell me its going to ship. They also told me last week when i wanted to cancel again that they would still ship me the plushes and that they would refund my purchase because of my experience. I said yes ok refund my purchase and they didnt. I have it all in writing in my email conversations with them and i will be contacting my credit card company to get my money back for this purchase. Complete scam and worst customer service i have ever seen. I looked into it, the factory they produce these in is in india, a place known for scams. I regret this entire experience so much. Please do not buy a plush from here, take your business to an etsy shop, i have had multiple made on etsy with no issues. I wish i could include photos of the emails they sent but it doesnt allow me to do that here. Maybe i can figure out how to do that on a google review so everyone can see the repeated lies from them and how dumb and gullible i have been. Never ever again.

Was told in emails that for my inconvenience that i would receive a full refund for the purchase. The refund i received was a month prior to them telling me this, i told them i wanted to cancel the order and to not lose the sale to give me free shipping and they agreed. After not receiving the item for another month i was trying to contact them alot during this, and they barley respond, a customer service person emailed me saying my item was going to ship out that week and i would also get a full refund for my bad experience. I never got the refund and the items came about 45 days after that. They told me about 4 times that it was being shipped out that day or the next day or that week. I placed my order on october 28 2023 and didnt recieve my items until february 23 2024. On top of that, them items were not to my specifications and 2 of the colors i requested were not included, so its not a replica of what i ordered. Do no order from here, order from someone on etsy, i have placed several orders with sellers on etsy for similar stuff and never had any issues.

We ordered a custom plush based on a drawing our daughter made. The plush exceeded every expectation we had. The quality was fantastic and the replication of her drawing was phenomenal down to the smallest detail on the drawing.

I’ve had a plushes made twice with this company! They’re extremely attentive and receptive to their customers and both of the plushes I had made were incredibly adorable and skillfully made! Would recommend and use again!

Bespoke is a great company in my opinion. In my case, they made sure the details provided of my original character were applied properly, and they were very responsive whenever I had any concerns, questions, or additional details of the character I wanted to add. The quality of the plush itself also made it worth waiting for. Thank you, Bespoke.

This place is amazing for custom plushies! The detail and accuracy is great and I have tried other places that also gives plush commissions. The material they use is super soft and can stretch very nicely. I highly recommend them and I will continue to purchase their amazing custom plushies in the future!

the plush came out amazing, the quality was astounding, much better than I was expecting! The shipping was also incredibly fast, though the wait time was a little long it was well worth the end product!

We are very happy with the service offered and great customer care. The quality of the plushie is fantastic and we are really happy with the end result and certainly would purchase from Bespoke Plush again.

My born-in-Bangalore brand-new plushie babies are just as sweet and cute as can be! Everyone who meets them loves them! It's interesting how being involved in their journeys to creation made me feel so much more by the time I got them (I got the more complex version -- 'original commission plush.'); I must say it was very emotional all along and still is! Unlike other companies I've worked with, this one is much more human in my experience and also more professional at the same time -- plus quick! Of course, I did pay an additional fee for rush delivery and amazingly, I was kept on task with answering questions but without the stress other less human companies might cause! 100% worthwhile -- and FUN! And cute! And Awesome! :-D

i ordered a jumbo plushie from them and i couldnt be happier with the result. it is the perfect size to cuddle up with at night, and is super super soft. my character had a bunch of little details that were all taken care of and then some. i love my little buddy and hope to order another plushie soon.

It did take a while, but I’m sure it was because they got a lot of orders regardless it was worth the wait, high quality and accurate to what I drew

When I got the stuffed dragon I was pretty sure it was very well made. In my opinion it was at least, but alas the gift wasn't meant for me, so I had to wait for the official receiver of the gift to voice his approval. Well, being a good friend the way I wrapped his gift was rather... Involved. In short he had to solve a riddle to figure out a 3 digit combination, give a hidden message that led to ANOTHER hidden message only to realize the key to the lock securing his present was in a secret compartment where the first hidden message was. All in all, if he suffered through all that and STILL ended up loving his new plushy friend... I'd say whoever made it did a damn fine job.

I received my order earlier this week and was disappointed in the final product. I have reached out to customer support but have not gotten a response. The fur color is not what I had shown in the reference photo, rather than a dark grey to black the color is a purple hue grey. As well the details I specifically asked for in the notes on the order were missed. There was supposed to be faux fur around the neck and chest but is missing. Overall the construction looks great but the color is wrong and details I specifically asked for are not there.
