Awful. Quality of the item was terrible (not linen as advertised) and they would not let me send the items back for a refund, citing high shipping costs.

I ordered two sizes of the same blouse. The quality is not great and the item does not match the picture I ordered.
The return procedure is terrible. After they verified the order they suggested I donate the items rather than pay the $20 return label fee.
The items don’t have wash instructions included.
Don’t buy from this vendor.

I give them 0 stars. Quality of the item I ordered was far below expectations-poor material and craftmanship made it feel cheap and not worth the price. To make matters worse, their return policy is extremely frustrating and inflexible, making it difficult to resolve the issue and get a refund. They told me to keep the item and donate it to someone in need then refunded me $11.24 for a $75 item.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I’d give this company 0 stars. It took forever to receive the item in the wrong size and the quality and craftsmanship of the garment is as cheep and poor as it can possibly be. The day I received the wrong item, I contacted them ( via email is the only way) asking for an RMA to return the item and get a full refund to my credit card. They kept emailing back saying g that I did not have to return the item and that they would give me a discount for another item. We have been going back and forth over a week, me saying NO. I just want to return what I received and get a full refund. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company.
