Amazing Holiday - Great Customer Service
We’ve just returned from the most amazing holiday and honestly couldn’t recommend Best at Travel enough!
This was our first time booking a holiday package through a travel company. We got several quotes, and while Best at Travel wasn’t the cheapest, the fully tailored package and personal service they provided made all the difference. We actually changed parts of our original plans based on Warren’s recommendations and we’re so glad we did, as those changes genuinely helped make the holiday what it was.
We travelled to New York, Las Vegas and then took an incredible road trip to Los Angeles. The hotel choices were fantastic. We were right next to Times Square in New York, stayed at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, experienced Route 66, stayed in some amazing hotels around the national parks and travelled through the trip in a Jeep Wrangler.
Our LA hotel was also perfectly located, with views of the Hollywood sign and just around the corner from Hollywood Boulevard. Every part of the trip felt well thought out and carefully planned.
A huge thank you to Warren for putting the package together and for the amazing customer service throughout. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and the advice we received was genuinely invaluable.
We had an absolutely incredible holiday and will definitely be booking with Best at Travel again. Highly recommended!

Best at Travel have always been so helpful organising all our holidays whatever our needs. We have been using them since our girls were babies and now that they are grown up we are using Best at Travel for different trips. Vishali has provided a consistent, high standard service and provided quotes on the best rates she can find. She understands our needs and preferences and is always proactive at coming up with ideas for us when we are feeling stuck! The most important thing is that Best at Travel are there when things go wrong and that service is priceless. They know their resorts well and we always trust their recommendations. Their booking service is easy and they go out of their way to fit in with our timetable - often working on Sundays to secure good deals.
