Customer service is atrocious. Promise a refund of 30% then wont answer messages. Disgusted

THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!!! They pick an item they think they can sell quickly, eg. lunaheater, make a fake official page and you don't know you've made your purchase through them until after you'd paid, knowing immediately you've just been had and bought pure tat. Any attempts to stop/cancel the purchase or return items is thwarted. They never take it back, leave it at their collection point until it is returned to you. Amazon affiliated and sales advertised through you tube, just shocking.

Warning this company has terrible customer service and communication, they don't reply back to emails, there 24/7 chatline is just a joke because there isn't anyone on there all the time, they also sell over priced products (even when it is reduced) that are dodgy and of low quality because they are cheaply made in China, example is the Olla Heater with only 2 prongs on the plug which is not adequate to fully secure the product to the wall socket and with the vibration of the product being on it will eventually fall out and become a fire hazard, this product can't even heat a room with only 900 watts of power, it is also very noisy so don't expect to get a good night's sleep with it on in your room...I find the people running this dodgy business arrogant, ignorant and a bunch of liars, they tell me that I am entitled to a 50 percent refund for the Olla Heater having a fault but they won't pay up, instead they keep saying the same excuse over and over again, blaming the billing team...there are so many scamming companies out there that just take your money and have no customer communication when you try to communicate with them...my advice to others is that you research into the company before buying from them, because if you end up having a problem with the product don't expect to get it fixed or refunded as scammers don't do refunds...luckily for me I only bought one product from them and didn't make a huge loss, I feel for those who bought more than one product because it was cheaper to buy more than one.

Zero stars DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY they delivered my order to the wrong address the opposit side of the country i told them well in advance they had the wrong address and they confirmed they had readdressed the order to my only for them to send it to the wrong address i spoke on chat lines at least 8 yimes they kept telling me my order eas being processed. Lost count of how many times ive been in contact thru ther website. They do not respond at all now theyve stopped letting me chat to them on there chat line. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME ONLY INTRESTED IN SCAMMING YOU.

I ordered a Olla Heater together with stand. Within an hour I cancelled the stand item from order. Heater has been delivered, but reimbursement of $65.94, despite several requests has not been forthcoming. I suspect they are just hoping I will forget or go away, which I wont. I don't think this company is a reputable or fair company, and I wont be ordering from them again. Recommend others to be wary.

No response from this company regarding my order. Reading the reviews of other disgruntled customers I fear this is a scam company selling low quality goods, and that I have said goodbye to my money. Have cancelled my card in case they take more of my dollars.

Der Data Vaulter tut, was er soll, d.h. er speichert meine 500 Personen mit Adressen usw., mindestens ebenso viele Fotos und Videos und entlastet damit den Handyspeicher erheblich. Der USB-Anschluß mag für manche Apple-phones nicht passgenau sein, bei meinem iPhone 16 Pro Max ist er es aber. Angesichts des günstigen Preise dieser Ware aus Fernost, gibt es an dem Kauf nichts auszusetzen.

I purchased a DataVaulter from this company, Best Deal Today.org. when the product did arrive eventually, the DataVaulter connection did not work with my Apple phone as it has a totally different connection. I contacted their help line that said I should refer to the manual which is a tiny fold out piece of paper that says just plug in and go. There is no software, effectively no instructions and as I mentioned it has the totally incorrect connection end. I have now written three times for a refund which have all been ignored. Complete Scam and waste of money. This product sounded too good to be true which I now know to be true. DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY AS I DID, TOTAL FRAUDS.

It DOES NOT WORK!!! data vaulter does not work. IT MAY work with a USD$25 per month subscription to an app. maybe., but that was not advertised in the purchase blurb. Ripped off.... never again!

It's a complete scam this HOT AMIGO heater is nothing more than a cheaply made plug in heater.
It's an absolute rubbish item! Cheaply made and dangerous too as it over heats in 2 mins and does not heat the room as claimed, it doesn't work and only heat if your hands are over it. The item break easily and even sparked out a bolt of electric when I unplugged it.
They will not refund in 60 days and their customer support is automated. Don't waste your cash.

I ordered two of the mini heaters from best deal today. Received them two weeks later from china. Read the instructions for use and proceeded to plug into a 120v outlet,turned it on and all of eight seconds later the unit made a popping noise and a quick shower of sparks emerged,followed by no heat with the fan still running. Making contact with someone by email took over a day for a response. The respondent wrote I would have to send it to Latvia. I checked Fed Ex rates a found it would cost $437.00 to ship. This is more than unreasonable. Looking at this product I find it to be the usual poor quality from china we have all experienced over time. I recommend to not buy from this company.

Heel slecht ervaring. Ik ga nooit meer iets hier bestellen. 16.10.2023 iets besteld. Via track and trace code, is t blijkbaar 25.10.geleverd,bij mijn thuis.geen brief in de brievenbus. Buuren ook niets ontvangen.Bij Post Nl,DHL,GLS geïnformeerd, die hebben niks ontvangen.
Emails gestuurd, die komen niet aan.Ben geblokkeerd door hun.
Ik ga aangifte doen bij de politie.

Really upsetting!!!!

I ordered 2 x Plug in Portable Heaters on 23rd Nov. The money has been taken from my account, and as yet I have still not received these items and I have not received an Invoice or details of it's delivery. I am now concerned that this is a scam and reading other peoples reviews I feel if it does arrive it will not be of the quality I expected from the advert. Bestdealtoday?

This review concerns my purchase of three HeatPal heaters at £49.99 each. My problems started in that I didn't realise that their site at the time had three heaters as the default purchase when I only wanted one. Worse still you go straight through to a completed payment screen so you have no chance to amend your order on an invoice screen before payment is taken. I immediately raised this problem with them which they acknowledged by raising a 'ticket' but I heard nothing more from them and the three heaters arrived a week later.
On their website it shows the heater at 80 degrees when they only go up to 32. They claim it will heat a room in minutes but it will only lift the temperature by 1 degree in a 10' by 12' room, they are not as advertised.
My email of three days ago asking for a refund was ignored and on live chat they are telling me I have to return them to Latvia which will cost over £15 with no guarantee of refund. They have also suggested sending a video which proves nothing either way. The live chat has gone dead when I pointed out the legal ramifications of what they are doing. I intend to persue this further.

I can't fault the company on the logistics. Paperwork was spot on &tracking system worked well.
The problem I have is that the heater they have in their adverts (mainly during YouTube videos) show different people all 'inventing' this equipment from a student in Edinburgh to a jet engineer in USA & several others. The end result is the same heater regardless of the inventor. Surely there should only be one with the credit.
When mine arrived, the instructions are not easy to follow and diagrams completely not viewable. It's also been made upside down. By that I mean when plugged in the display is upside down and can ony be read by twisting my head to read it.
I'm also dubious about the claim to heat a room from a few degrees to mid twenties in record time. DIdn' to do that. The claim it uses virtually no electricity hasn't proved true, I watched my smart meter while it was on and no difference noted from my ordinary fan heater.
My son says he'll have it so at least I don't have to go through doing everything to send it back

It's such a shame as it sadly reflects on BestDealToday and I won't be buying anything through them in the future.
