I ordered two items but unfortunately the items came after two and a half weeks . When I contacted them there were not helpful which was on email . I would never order from these people again

I am still awaiting a refund from my credit card company as the item I ordered was the cheapest then anyone else can supply it for which is the attraction.
They promise a good delivery date then constantly move the date time after time then eventually say the item is stuck at customs because of COVID and then they cancel the order.
I believe this is a Russian company as all the delivery instructors are in that language.
I’ve had to give them a 1 star rating just to post this review but it all honesty there not worth that

This company is fake!!! I paid £139.00 for a video camera. They send you a tracking number with a company called Cargo Road House. It works for a few days, and now the site is no longer working. Their site no longer works, and now I am in the process of trying to get my VISA company to sort out a refund, which may not be possible. DONT BE FOOLED LIKE ME!

Ordered a cooker at a "too good to be true price". Well you guessed it, after constantly changing the delivery date, it hasn't arrived, no access to Cargo-rf delivery dates and no replies to emails. The good emails are obviously fake. Don't know why Visa does business with them and the red flag must be that you cannot buy via PayPal! DON'T GET CAUGHT.

This company has no intention of supplying you with anything you order. They take your money and when you query where your item is they say it's stuck in customs, and the tracking delivery date just keeps on moving further and further away. Today the company and the tracking has disappeared, along with my money. I am now going to report them to every investigatory body I possibly can.

Total scam don’t use. Ordered oven and hob. Got suspicious when received receipt, which looked dodgy. Ended up paying a banking transaction fee as was put into roubles.Contacted bank fraud and they said someone had tried to get money out of my account from the Netherlands. Card got cancelled. Emailing so called company everyday, no reply. Don’t think will receive goods or money back so please don’t use this site.
